外科快速康复理念在骨科手术患者优质护理中的应用研究【摘要】目的：探讨外科快速康复理念在骨科手术患者优质护理中的应用效果，提高骨科护理质量。方法：选取我院骨科住院部于2016年1月～2016年12月收治的100例需要手术治疗的患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，各50例。对照组护理人员应用骨科病房的常规护理管理方法，观察组在对照组的基础上随患者病情变化在护理管理过程中联合外科快速康复理念的方案，护理结束时对护理人员进行护理知识与技能考核及对两组患者的护理效果进行比较。结果：在骨科实施护理常规管理联合外科快速康复理念的方案之后护理人员的护理质量、护理知识及技能明显优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）；观察组患者及家属对护理满意度优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：实施外科快速康复理念在骨科手术患者优质护理中临床成效显著，能够提高护理人员在骨科病房护理效率，并且能够提高骨科护理人员的相关专业护理知识及技能，同时确保了骨科手术患者的护理质量。【关键词】外科快速康复理念；骨科；手术患者优质护理；应用效果【abstract】Purpose:ObjectivetoexploretheeffectofsurgicalfastrehabilitationconceptinhighqualitynursingcareofDepartmentoforthopedicspatients,ImprovingnursingqualityinDepartmentoforthopedics.Method：Methods100patientswithsurgicaltreatmentinourdepartmentoforthopedicsfromJanuary2016toDecember2016wereselected,Theratswererandomlypidedintoobservationgroupandcontrolgroup,50caseseach.ThenursesinthecontrolgroupappliedroutinenursingmanagementmethodsintheDepartmentoforthopedicsward,Onthebasisofthecontrolgroup,theobservationgroupwiththechangeofthepatient'scondition,intheprocessofnursingmanagement,theconceptofcombinedsurgicalrapidrehabilitationconceptwasadopted,Attheendofthenursingcare,thenursingpersonnelwereassessedwithnursingknowledgeandskills,andthenursingeffectsofthetwogroupswerecompared.Result：Thenursingquality,nursingknowledgeandskillsofthenursesintheDepartmentoforthopedicswerebetterthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05);Thesatisfactionofthepatientsandtheirrelativesintheobservationgroupwasbetterthanthatinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion:TheimplementationoftheconceptofrapidsurgicalrehabilitationinDepartmentoforthopedicspatientswithgoodqualityofcare,theclinicaleffectisremarkable,TheutilitymodelcanimprovethenursingefficiencyofthenursingstaffintheDepartmentoforthopedicsward,AndcanimprovetheDepartmentoforthopedicsnursingpersonnelrelatedprofessionalnursingknowledgeandskills,Meanwhile,thenursingqualityofthepatientsundergoingDepartmentoforthopedicsoperationwasguaranteed.【Keyword】Theconceptofsurgicalrapidrehabilitation;Departmentoforthopedics;Qualityca
