探讨心理护理干预对小儿肾病综合征患者心理状况影响【摘要】目的：研究分析心理护理干预对小儿肾病综合征患者心理状况的影响。方法：此次研究的对象是选取2014年2月-2016年3月我院小儿肾病综合征患者90例，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并随机将其平均分为对照组和观察组，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础上实施心理护理干预，对两组患儿护理干预前后的心理状态及治疗依从性情况进行比较分析。结果：护理前，两组患儿的焦虑评分、抑郁评分比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；观察组患儿护理后的焦虑评分、抑郁评分分别为（31.26±4.18）分、（18.79±2.16）分，明显优于对照组的（36.85±5.96）分和（20.48±3.67）分，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）；观察组患儿治疗依从率为71.11%，显著高于对照组的31.11%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论：小儿肾病综合征患者在常规护理的基础上实施心理护理干预，可改善焦虑、抑郁等不良心理状态，促进患儿以积极的心态面对疾病。【关键词】小儿肾病综合征；患者；心理护理干预；心理状况Abstract:Objective:Toinvestigatetheinfluenceofpsychologicalnursinginterventiononthepsychologicalstatusofchildrenwithnephroticsyndrome.Methods:thesubjectsofthisstudyareselectedfromFebruary2014-2016yearinMarchinourhospital90casesofpediatricnephroticsyndromepatients,theclinicaldatawereretrospectivelyanalyzed,andrandomlypidedintocontrolgroupandobservationgroup,thecontrolgroupwasgivenroutinenursing,theobservationgroupintheconventionalnursingcareonthebasisoftheimplementationofpsychologicalnursingintervention.Acomparativeanalysisoftwogroupsbeforeandafterthenursinginterventionofthepsychologicalstateandtreatmentcompliance.Results:beforetreatment,nosignificantanxietyscore,depressionscoreoftwogroupswerecompared(P>0.05);groupafterthenursingcareofchildrenwithanxietyscoreanddepressionscorewereobserved(31.26+4.18),(18.79+2.16)%,significantlybetterthanthecontrolgroup(36.85+5.96)and(20.48+3.67),thedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.01);thepatientsintheobservationgrouptreatmentcomplianceratewas71.11%,significantlyhigherthan31.11%inthecontrolgroup,thedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P<0.01).Conclusion:theimplementationofpsychologicalnursinginterventiononthebasisofroutinenursingcanimproveanxiety,depressionandotherunhealthymentalstatesinchildrenwithnephroticsyndrome,andpromotethechildrentofacethediseasewithapositiveattitude.Keywordschildrennephroticsyndrome;patients;psychologicalnursingintervention;psychologicalstatus;肾病综合征是临床上常见的泌尿综合征，具有病情易反复、经济费用高、家庭护理要求高等特点，给患者及其家庭带来极大的痛苦和经济负担。经相关数据统计小儿肾病综合征患者群规模正呈逐年扩大趋势[1-
