摘要自动化立体仓库系统（AutomatedStorageandRetrievalSystemshortedforAS/RS）是现代物流系统的一个重要组成部分，广泛应用于各行各业中。目前，它已经成为企业生产和管理信息化的标志之一。本文在立体仓库的规划设计方面提供了利用仿真辅助设计的方法，对提高立体仓库作业的效率，合理配置立体仓库的物流设备，以及检验整个流程设计的合理性有着很大的实际应用价值。本文内容分为以下四个部分：第一部分是立体仓库的构成特点和功能。还有立体仓库的设计原则和步骤，是以下几个部分的研究基础，这部分内容主要体现在第1章。第一部分是对PLC的介绍，主要体现在第2章。第三部分是立体仓库的设计阶层，阐述了自动化立体仓库的仿真与建模理论，介绍了基于三菱PLC所设计的立体仓库的功能及控制原理，主要体现在第3章。第四部分是步进电机及其驱动器，介绍了步进电机的选型和其驱动器的工作原理及其型号。主要体现在第4章。此次设计的效果可以改变参数输入，通过模拟生产情况及波动对系统造成的冲击，从而避免了在理想化状态下系统设计所无法预料的各种因素，对系统的堵塞有着形象和直观的解决方案。总之，立体仓库因其较小的占地面较佳空间利用率，应用正逐渐普及。为满足现代化生产和流通的需要，就必须采取以计算机控制主要手段的自动化立体仓库。关键词：立体仓库；PLC；物流AbstractAS/RS(AutomatedStorageandRetrievalSystemshortedforAS/RS)isanimportantpartofmodernmaterialflowsystemandiswidelyappliedtoeverywalkoflife.Presentlyithasbecomeoneofthesignsinenterpriseproductionautomationandmanagementinformation.ThisarticleputsforwardthewaytodesignandlayoutAS/RSassistedbycomputersimulation,andithasverygreatpracticalapplicationvaluetoimprovetheoperationefficientofthestereoscopicwarehouse,todistributethelogisticsequipmentsofthatwarehouserationally,andtotestthewholedesignoftheMaterialflowandInformationflow.Thecontentofthearticleiscomposedofthefollowfourparts:Thefirstpart,whichisthebasisofthestudy,concludesthestatementofthestructureofAS/RS,thecharacteristicofAS/RS,thefunctionoftheAS/RSandtheprincipleandstepofdesign.Thefirstpartisexplainedinthechapterone.Thesecondpart,whichistheintroducedofPLC.Thesecondpartisexplainedinthechaptertwo.Thethirdpart,whichisthestudyoftheoryofdesignofAS/RS.expatiatesonthetheoryofsimulationandmodeling,introducestheobjectsandmodeling,andintroducesthefunctionsoftheAS/RSwhichdesignofPLC.Thethirdpartisexplainedinthechapterthree.ThefourthpartisintroducesofsteppermotorandactuatorabouttypeandPrinciple,The
