幼儿同伴冲突的类型以及教师介入策略研究专业班级：16学前1班学生姓名：陶敏指导老师：杨传达职称内容：副教授摘要幼儿园中，幼儿同伴之间发生冲突十分常见，给幼儿们尝试自己协调解决的机会是如今的教育理念所提倡的，然而幼儿的能力毕竟有限，再加上他们本身在该阶段缺乏丰富的社会经验，仅凭自己很难解决问题。因此，当幼儿难以自己解决冲突时，教师们有策略的介入幼儿同伴冲突是十分有必要的。本文主要通过文献法、观察记录法、问卷调查法三种研究方式展开研究。着重探究幼儿同伴冲突的类型。可以将幼儿同伴冲突概括为六种类型：资源占有引发的冲突、规则维护引发的冲突、肢体碰撞引发的冲突、自我中心引发的冲突、争夺教师关注引发的冲突以及预支配他人引发的冲突。并从三个角度提出了教师介入幼儿同伴冲突的策略：把握介入的时机、选择介入的方式以及注意教师介入的态度和情绪。本文对幼儿教师在教育活动中解决幼儿同伴冲突时十分有帮助，具有实践意义。关键词幼儿幼儿同伴冲突教师介入策略StudyontheTypesofChildren’sPeerConflictandtheInterventionStrategiesofTeachersAbstractInkindergartens,conflictsamongchildren’spartnersareverycommon.Itisadvocatedbythecurrenteducationalphilosophytogivechildrentheopportunitytotrytosolvetheproblemsbythemselves.However,children’sabilitiesarelimitedafterall,andtheylackrichsocialexperienceinthisstage,soitisdifficulttosolvetheproblemsbythemselves.Therefore,whenitisdifficultforchildrentosolveconflictsbythemselves,itisverynecessaryforteacherstointervenechildren’speerconflictsstrategically.Thispapermainlycarriesouttheresearchthroughthreeresearchmethods:literaturemethod,observationandrecordmethodandquestionnairesurveymethod.Theresearchfocusesonthetypesofchildren’speerconflict.Children’speerconflictcanbesummarizedintosixtypes:conflictcausedbyresourcepossession,conflictcausedbyrulemaintenance,conflictcausedbyphysicalcollision,conflictcausedbyegotism,conflictcausedbycompetitionforteachers’attentionandconflictcausedbypredominationofothers.Thestrategiesofteachers’interventioninchildren’speerconflictareputforwardfromthreeperspectives:grasptheopportunityofintervention,choosethewayofintervention,andpayattentiontoteachers’attitudeandemotion.Thispaperisofpracticalsignificanceforpreschoolteacherstosolvepeerconflictsintheireducationalactivities.Keywordschildrenchildren’speerconflicts
