民营企业管理现状及对策研究——以长垣县民营企业为例摘要随着经济的快速发展，民营企业的高速发展为国民经济实现高速发展发挥了不可估量的作用。民营企业不仅创造了巨大的财富，同时也为解决了大量的劳动力就业。因此，我国政府近几年来愈来愈重视民营企业的发展，相继陆续出台了一些扶持民营及中小企业的法规和优惠政策，为民营企业持续、稳定、健康发展创造了良好的政策环境。但是长垣县民营企业高速发展的背后，还存在着一些必须引起我们高度重视或需要研究解决的、带有显著中小民营企业文化特点的内部管理问题。如融资困难、老板文化决定企业内部管理模式、人才匮乏等。如果上述问题得不到有效解决，将影响长垣县经济长远发展。本文在分析前人研究民营企业管理理论和方法的基础上，对民营企业管理的相关理论和发展模式等方面进行分析；通过系统研究法、比较分析法、综合分析法分析了长垣县民营企业发展状况；剖析了长垣县民营企业管理发展中存在的问题，并根据存在问题提出一些可行的对策，以期对长垣县民营企业的可持续发展起到一定的促进作用。关键词：长垣县，民营企业，管理现状，对策研究ManagementofPrivateEnterprisesandCountermeasures—PrivateEnterprisestoChangyuanABSTRACTWiththerapideconomicdevelopment,therapiddevelopmentofprivateenterprisestoachieverapiddevelopmentofthenationaleconomyplayedaninvaluablerole.Privateenterprisehasnotonlycreatedgreatwealth,butalsotoaddressalargenumberoflaborforce.Therefore,mygovernmenthasbeenincreasingemphasisonthedevelopmentofprivateenterprises,havegraduallyintroducedanumberofprivateandsmallandmediumenterprisestosupportregulationsandpreferentialpoliciesforprivateenterprisestosustainable,stableandhealthydevelopmentandcreateafavorablepolicyenvironment.However,therapiddevelopmentofprivateenterprisesChangyuanbehind,therearesomemustdrawourattentionorneedtostudyandsolve,withsignificantculturalcharacteristicsofsmallandmediumprivateenterprisesinternalmanagementissues.Suchasfinancingdifficulties,thebossdecidedtointernalmanagementculture,lackofpersonnelandsoon.Iftheseproblemsarenoteffectivelyaddressed,willaffecttheChangyuanlong-termeconomicdevelopment.Afteranalyzingpreviousstudies,managementtheoryandmethodsofprivateenterprisebasedonprivateenterprisemanagementtheoriesandmodelsofdevelopmentinareassuchasanalysis;throughthesystem,comparativeanalysis,comprehensiveanalysisoftheprivateenterprisesChangyuanDevelopment;analyzesthedevelopmentofprivateenterprisemanagementChangyuanproblems,andaccordingtosomepracticalproblemscountermeasurestoprivateenterpriseonthesustainabledevelopmentofChangyuanplayacertainrole.KEYWORDS:Changyuan,privateenterprises,managementstatus,countermeasures目录前言1
