本科论文摘要城市商业街改造如何脱胎换骨成新的形态迈入现代社会城市不断地更新、发展、进步旧商业街经过历史变迁、岁月蹉跎变成了新城市的创痕。城市在高速的运转下给人们提供了优厚的生活条件的同时给社会、自然等带来了巨大的能源耗损。我国每年的新建筑超出发达国家的数据总和面对城市的快速发展大规模的旧城改造一些周边环境设施、街道随之拆除、修建、重塑。城市在不断更新的情况下城市改造选择了一种新形态进入一种全新的模式急切地需要加强老旧商业街区的环境更新的研究。本文重点研究的是旧商业街空间景观改造研究旧商业街改造的概念、商业街景观设计的特点。通过对旧商业街空间环境改造的研究验证了旧商业街景观环境改造对城市的重要性。笔者希望通过沈阳市太原街商业街道景观改造设计从设计的角度出发提出自己的见解与解决方案剖析关键要素同时希望分析设计概念能够从原则上找出合理的改造方式摆脱固定设计套路的劣势。沈阳太原街商业空间景观改造对人文历史传统秉承尊重及保护改造后可以提升对商业功能进行调整、改善周边居民生活、增加消费者逗留时间、优化土地面积利用、改善城市形象等多方面。关键词：旧商业街道；改造；景观设计；设计方法AbstractHowtotransformtheurbancommercialstreetintoanewformandenterthemodernsociety?Thecityconstantlyupdatesdevelopsandprogressesandtheoldcommercialstreetbecomesthescarofthenewcityafterhistoricalchangesandyearsofwaste.Underthehigh-speedoperationthecityprovidespeoplewithfavorablelivingconditionsandbringshugeenergyconsumptiontothesocietyandnature.EveryyearnewbuildingsinChinaexceedthetotaldataofdevelopedcountries.Inthefaceoftherapiddevelopmentofcitiesandlarge-scaleoldcityreconstructionsomesurroundingenvironmentalfacilitiesandstreetsaredismantledbuiltandremade.Withthecontinuousrenewalofthecitytheurbanreconstructionhaschosenanewformtoenteranewmodewhichurgentlyneedstostrengthentheresearchontheenvironmentalrenewaloftheoldcommercialblocks.Atthesametimeofchangingthestatusquoofindoorspaceenvironmentthedevelopmentofsocialindustrypromotestherenewalofthecityandpeople'slivingspacebringspressure.Basedontheoverlappingenvironmentalproblemspeopleattachmoreimportancetothepursuitoflifeandinthefaceoftheoppressionofthelivingenvironmenttheybegintopursueaharmoniousandsymbioticrelationship.Fromthecombinationoflandscapedesignconceptandnaturepeoplerealizetheimportanceofpeoplespaceandnatureaswellastheconnectionbetweenspaceenvironmentandnatureandrealizethenewtrendoflandscapedesign
