摘要

伴随着社会经济的迅猛发展，重要地区建筑的建设频率也不断增加，并且有
着技术和设计理念的突破。相应的老建筑区，甚至是老商业街区建筑的重新翻新、
改造开始快速发展。怎么才能够满足商业街正常有序的发展，还要符合人们日益
发展的精神需要，这几点是对当代设计师门的一个重要考验，需要设计师们进行
大量的实例考察和深层次的剖析、研究。随着很多年前社会经济水平和以前年代
人们当时的世界观、价值观和审美观变换的背景下，城市中的商业街区域处于很
重要的位置，并且这种重要性与日俱增。城市中的老城区是一个时代的代表，代
表着当时的历史文化等等。所以旧的商业街和它周围老建筑群体的改造建设已经
变成了每个城市各种发展的重要之重。对于沈阳中街老建筑的改建，在改建之前
