中小学教师职业道德现状及改进对策摘要教育是立国之本是国家发展的重要标识。每个朝代、国家的发展都离不开教育。基础教育是国家教育体系的根基是国民素质教育的重要环节对每个人的发展起着深远持久的影响。中小学教师作为基础教育的引导者他们面对的是道德观念不成熟的青少年教师的职业素养对学生的心灵和人格塑造起着难以估量的作用。但是中小学教师职业道德在不断提高的同时还存在一些问题。由于经济的快速发展各种思想观念的不断冲撞、学校和教育部门的管理失误以及教师自身的行为懈怠我国中小学教师职业道德建设举步维艰难以适应社会发展和人们的需求。因此提高中小学教师职业道德刻不容缓。中小学教师在不断提升自身职业素养的同时学校和教育部门应该加强教师的管理和监督、强化教师的法制观念全社会也应关注师德建设创造良好的社会环境齐头并进使中小学教师师德水平不断提高我国国民素质整体提高。关键词：中小学；中小学教师；职业道德；原因；对策AbstractEducationisthefoundingofthecountryisanimportantidentificationofnationaldevelopment.Everydynastythedevelopmentofthecountryisinseparablefromeducation.Basiceducationisthefoundationofthenationaleducationsystemandtheimportantlinkofnationalqualityeducationwhichhasaprofoundandlastingeffectoneveryone’sdevelopment.Astheguidingofelementaryschoolteacherstheyareconfrontedwithimmatureteenagersandteachers’professionalaccomplishmentplaysaninestimableroleinshapingthemindandpersonalityofstudents.Howevertheprofessionalethicsofteachersinprimaryandsecondaryschoolsareconstantlyimprovingtherearesomeproblems.Duetotherapiddevelopmentofeconomytheconstantcollisionofvariousideasthemismanagementofschoolandeducationdepartmentsandthenegligenceofteachers’behaviorstheconstructionofprofessionalethicsofteachersinChinaisdifficulttoadapttosocialdevelopmentandpeople’sneeds.Thereforeitisurgenttoimprovetheprofessionalethicsofteachers.Whiletheprimaryandsecondaryschoolteachersareconstantlyupgradingtheirprofessionalliteracytheschoolsandeducationdepartmentsshouldstrengthentheteachers’managementandsupervisionstrengthenthelegalsystemofteachersandthewholesocietyshouldpayattentiontotheconstructionofteacher’smoralitycreateagoodsocialenvironmentgohandinhandandimprovethequalityoftheteachers’morality.Keywords:primaryandsecondaryschools;primaryandsecondaryschoolteachers;teachers’professionalet
