循经刮痧配合平衡火罐疗法在寒湿痹阻型项痹病中的疗效观察与护理刘巧凤陈俊敏【摘要】目的探讨循经刮痧配合平衡火罐中医外治疗法对寒湿痹阻型项痹病患者的临床疗效。方法选取我院中医经典科2017年12月～2019年10月经治寒湿痹阻型项痹病患者68例随机均分为对照组和观察组每组34例。对照组接受中药内服、针刺配合局部微波照射治疗。观察组接受中药内服及循经刮痧配合平衡火罐及中药湿热敷疗法。干预10d对比两组颈肩疼痛（VAS）和麻木症状及情绪（S-AI）和睡眠（PSQI）改善情况。结果干预前两组颈肩疼痛相关指标比较均无明显差异差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;干预后两组VAS、麻木情况、S-AI及PSQI较本组干预前有明显改善观察组各项指标改善情况优于对照组;观察组症状改善明显优于对照组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论循经刮痧配合平衡火罐及中药湿热敷技术可以明显缓解寒湿痹阻型项痹病患者颈肩疼痛和麻木不适有效改善患者情绪和睡眠质量疗效明显适于推广。【关键词】寒湿痹阻;项痹病;循经刮痧;平衡火罐;症状;情绪;睡眠【中图分类号】R244【文献标识码】A【文章编号】ISSN.2095.6681.2019.34..03【Abstract】ObjectiveToexploretheclinicalefficacyofthetraditionalChinesemedicinetreatmentmethodforthetreatmentofcoldanddampnessobstructiverickets.MethodsFromDecember2017toOctober201968patientswithcoldanddampobstructiveitembilediseasewererandomlyselectedfromourhospital"sDepartmentofTraditionalChineseMedicineandwererandomlydividedintoacontrolgroupandanobservationgroupwith34casesineachgroup.ThecontrolgroupreceivedChinesemedicineorallyacupunctureandlocalmicrowaveirradiation.TheobservationgroupreceivedtraditionalChinesemedicineorallyandmenstrualscrapingcombinedwithbalancecuppingandtraditionalChinesemedicinemoistheatcompresstherapy.After10daysofinterventiontheneckandshoulderpain（VAS）numbnessandmood（S-AI）andsleep（PSQI）improvementwerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.ResultsBeforetheinterventiontherewasnosignificantdifferenceintherelatedindexesofneckandshoulderpainbetweenthetwogroups（P>0.05）.AftertheinterventiontheVASnumbnessS-AIandPSQIofthetwogroupsweresignificantlyimprovedcomparedwiththegroupbeforetheintervention.Theimprovementwasbetterthanthecontrolgroup;theimprovementofthesymptomsintheobservationgroupwassignificantlybetterthanthatinthecontrolgroupandthediff
