焦虑抑郁患者的心率变异性特点

摘要：目的探讨焦虑、惊恐和抑郁患者的植物神经功能的变化。方法测定焦虑、惊恐和抑郁患者的心率变异
性的时域、频域指标，并与正常对照组进行比较。结果焦虑、惊恐和抑郁患者的心率变异性时域、频域指标均明显
低于对照组，差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),并且以迷走神经指标下降尤为明显。结论焦虑、惊恐和抑郁患者存在
心率变异性植物神经功能的紊乱和心率变异性的降低；焦虑、惊恐患者比抑郁患者更需尽早发现植物神经功能紊乱
引起的病变。

Abstract:ObjectiveToexplorethechangesonautonomicnervousfunctionofthepatientswith
anxietydisorder，panicdisorderordepressivedisorder.MethodsTheheartratevariability(HRV)ofthe
patientswithanxietydisorder，panicdisorderordepressivedisorderweretestedandcomparedwiththe
normalcontrols.ResultsIndexoftimeorfrequencyanalysisofHRVinthepatientswithanxietydis-
order,panicdisorderordepressivedisorderislowerthanthoseinthenormalcontrols(P<0.01),especially
inparasympatheticnervouscondition.Thosedisorderofthepatientswithanxietydisorder，panicdisor-
derwasmoresignificantthanthatinthepatientswithdepressivedisorder.ConclusionsTheautonom-
icnervousfunctionofthepatientswithanxietydisorder,panicdisorderordepressivedisorderisdisor-
deredandtheirHRVwaslowerthanthatinthenormalcontrols(P<0.01).Thedisorderofthepatients
withanxietydisorder，panicdisorderismoresignificantthanthatinthepatientswithdepressivedisor-
der,inwhichweshoulddetectthediseasecausedbythedisorderofautonomicnervousfunction.
