编号：时间：2021年x月x日书山有路勤为径学海无涯苦作舟页码：吴仪中美知识产权圆桌会议上的讲话(中英)女士们、先生们：LadiesandGentlemen很高兴再次参加中美知识产权圆桌会议。我首先向参加此次会议的中美政府的代表和美国企业的代表致以诚挚的问候。IamverypleasedtoattendtheChina-USIPRRoundtableagain.LetmefirstextendmysinceregreetingstoalltherepresentativesoftheChineseandAmericangovernmentsandtheAmericanbusinesscommunitypresent.中美知识产权圆桌会议已经成功地举办了两次会议的举办对加强中美在知识产权领域的沟通和了解特别是加强对中国知识产权保护工作的了解发挥了积极作用。在上次的圆桌会议上我应邀发表了演讲着重谈了中国政府在保护知识产权方面所做的努力介绍了中国的知识产权法律体系和具体工作情况。与会的朋友们也就中国知识产权保护情况进行了热烈讨论对加强保护知识产权的刑事执法和行政执法提出了不少建议。我认为象这样本着合作的精神加强交流增进理解有助于促进保护知识产权工作的健康发展。TheChina-USIPRRoundtablehasbeensuccessfullyheldtwiceplayingapositiveroleinenhancingthecommunicationandunderstandingbetweenChinaandtheUSinthefieldofIPRespeciallyinimprovingtheknowledgeofIPRprotectionworkinChinaonthepartoftheAmericanbusinesses.AtthelastRoundtableIdeliveredaspeechoninvitationunderliningtheeffortmadebytheChinesegovernmentinprotectingintellectualpropertyandgaveabriefingonthelegalsystemandconcreteworkofIPRprotectioninChina.ParticipatingfriendsconductedheateddiscussionsofIPRprotectioninChinaatthemeetingandcameupwithmanysuggestionswithregardtostrengtheningcriminalandadministrativeenforcementinIPRprotection.IbelievethattointensifyexchangesandenhanceunderstandinginacooperativespiritlikethisisconductivetopromotingthesounddevelopmentofIPRprotectionwork.在座各位多年来对中国知识产权的发展非常关心你们不仅是前两次圆桌会议的见证人同时也是中国知识产权保护工作不断发展和进步的见证人。相信你们已经看到在刚刚过去的一年中中国的知识产权保护工作又有了新的进步我们重点在加强内部协调强化刑事执法和开展专项整治等方面做了大量工作并取得了明显进展。一年来我们做了以下几件工作。YouhaveallbeenfollowingcloselythedevelopmentofIPRinChinaovertheyears.YouarenotonlytheeyewitnessesofthetworoundtablesbuttheeyewitnessesoftheconstantprogressandadvancementofIPRprotectionworkinChina.IbelievethatyouhavealreadyseenthenewheadwaymadebyChinainprotectingintellectualpro
