TheaimofthispaperistocomparetheinfluencingfactorsofChina'sA-shareandB-sharemarkets.Basedonthis,throughin-depthanalysisoffundamentalanalysis,technicalanalysisandpolicyanalysisinthreeaspects,thesimilaritiesanddifferencesbetweenthetwomarketsarediscussed,andsomevaluablesuggestionsareputforwardaccordingtothecorrespondingconclusions.TheresearchfoundthattherearedifferencesbetweenChina'sA-sharemarketandB-sharemarketinmanyaspects,andtherearetheirownadvantagesanddisadvantages.Specifically,intermsoffundamentalanalysis,theA-sharemarketpaysmoreattentiontocorporatefinancialindicators,whiletheB-sharemarketfocusesontheidentityandcontrolofcorporateshareholders;intermsoftechnicalanalysis,thetradingactivityoftheA-sharemarketishigher,andthetradingscaleislarger,whiletheB-sharemarketisbiasedtowardslong-terminvestment;intermsofpolicies,theA-sharemarketisrelativelymoreaffectedbydomesticandforeignpolicies,andthedegreeofpolicyinterferenceisalsohigherthanthatoftheB-sharemarket.Inaddition,bothmarketssufferfromirregularmarketstructuresandinsufficientinformationdisclosures,andrequireenhancedregulatoryefforts.Basedonthesefindings,thispaperproposessomesuggestions,includingstrengtheningmarketsupervision,improvinginformationdisclosuresystems,andimplementingtaxpolicyincentives.
