金腰属植物的化学成分和药理活性研究进展(英文) ResearchProgressonChemicalConstituentsandPharmacologicalActivitiesofPlantsintheGenusCurcuma Abstract: ThegenusCurcuma,commonlyknownasturmericorginger,isagroupofplantsthathavebeenwidelyusedintraditionalmedicineforcenturies.Inrecentyears,therehasbeengrowinginterestinstudyingthechemicalconstituentsandpharmacologicalactivitiesofthisgenus.ThisreviewaimstoprovideanoverviewofthecurrentresearchprogressonthechemicalcompositionandbiologicalactivitiesofCurcumaspecies. Introduction: CurcumaisagenusoffloweringplantsinthefamilyZingiberaceae,nativetoSoutheastAsia.Itincludesseveralspeciesthatarecommonlyusedasspices,suchasCurcumalonga(turmeric)andCurcumazedoaria(whiteturmeric).Theseplantspossessawiderangeofbioactivemolecules,includingphenoliccompounds,terpenoids,andessentialoils,whichcontributetotheirpharmacologicalactivities. ChemicalConstituents: Curcumaplantsarerichinbioactivecompounds,includingcurcuminoids,sesquiterpenes,andessentialoils.Curcuminoids,suchascurcumin,demethoxycurcumin,andbisdemethoxycurcumin,arethemajorphenoliccompoundsfoundinCurcumaspecies.Thesecompoundsexhibitvariouspharmacologicalactivities,includingantioxidant,anti-inflammatory,andanticancereffects.Sesquiterpenes,suchasgermacroneandfuranodiene,havebeenshowntopossessanti-inflammatory,antimicrobial,andantitumorproperties.EssentialoilsobtainedfromCurcumaplantsarerichinmonoterpenesandsesquiterpenes,whichcontributetotheirantimicrobialandantioxidantactivities.
