金腰属植物的化学成分和药理活性研究进展(英文) Title:ChemicalConstituentsandPharmacologicalActivitiesoftheGenusCurcuma:ResearchAdvances Abstract: Curcuma,agenusofperennialplantscommonlyknownasturmericorgoldenglory,hasbeenwidelyusedintraditionalmedicineforcenturies.Inrecentyears,scientificresearchhasextensivelyinvestigatedthechemicalconstituentsandpharmacologicalactivitiesofvariousspecieswithinthisgenus.ThispaperaimstoprovideanoverviewoftheresearchadvancementsinunderstandingthechemicalcompositionandtherapeuticpotentialofCurcumaplants.Thefocusisprimarilyonthemainactivecompounds,theirbioactivities,andpotentialmechanismsofaction. 1.Introduction: ThegenusCurcumabelongstotheZingiberaceaefamilyandcomprisesover80species.SeveralCurcumaspecies,suchasCurcumalonga(turmeric),Curcumazedoaria(zedoary),andCurcumaaromatica(wildturmeric),havebeenrecognizedfortheirmedicinalproperties.Theseplantsareknowntopossessadiverserangeofpharmacologicalactivities,includingantioxidant,anti-inflammatory,anticancer,andantimicrobialeffects. 2.ChemicalConstituents: ThebioactivecompoundspresentinCurcumaplantsareprimarilysesquiterpenoids,withcurcuminoidsbeingthemostextensivelystudied.Curcumin,amajorcurcuminoidfoundinturmeric,possessesawidearrayofbiologicalactivities,includinganti-inflammatory,antioxidant,andanticancerproperties.Othercurcuminoids,suchasdemethoxycurcuminandbisdemethoxycurcumin,havealsodemonstratedpromisingtherapeuticeffects.Additionally,essentialoilsextractedfromvariousCurcumaspeciescontainuniquevolatilecompoundsthatcontributetotheirmedicinalproperties. 3.PharmacologicalActivities: 3.1AntioxidantActivity:Curcumaplantsexhibitpotentantioxidantactivities,whichareattributedtothepresenceofcurcuminoids.Thesecompoundsscavengefreeradicals,inhibitlipidperoxidation,andenhancetheactivityofendogenousantioxidantenzymes. 3.2Anti-inflammatoryActivity:CurcuminoidspresentinCurcumaplantspossesssignificantanti-inflammatoryeffectsbyinhibitinginflammatorymediatorsandenzymesinvolvedintheinflammatorypathway.Thesecompoundshavebeeninve
