超声波辅助提取田基黄多酚类和黄酮类化合物及其抗氧化活性研究(英文) ResearchonUltrasonic-AssistedExtractionofTujiaHuangduMultiflavonoidsandFlavonoidsandTheirAntioxidantActivity Introduction: TujiaHuangduisatraditionalChinesemedicinewithalonghistoryofuseinthetreatmentofvariousdiseases.Itcontainsavarietyofactiveingredients,includingpolyphenolsandflavonoids,whichhavestrongantioxidantandotherpharmacologicaleffects.Ultrasonic-assistedextractionisagreenandefficientmethodforextractingactiveingredientsfromplantmaterials,whichcanimprovetheextractionefficiencyandreducetheextractiontime. Methods: Inthisstudy,TujiaHuangduwasusedastherawmaterial,andultrasonic-assistedextractionwasusedtoextractpolyphenolsandflavonoids.Theoptimalextractionconditionsweredeterminedbysingle-factorexperimentsandresponsesurfacemethodology.TheantioxidantactivityoftheextractedpolyphenolsandflavonoidswasevaluatedbyDPPHradicalscavengingassay. Results: Undertheoptimizedextractionconditions,theextractionrateofpolyphenolsandflavonoidswassignificantlyincreased.Theoptimalextractionconditionswereasfollows:ethanolconcentrationof60%,solid-liquidratioof1:20,ultrasonicpowerof400W,temperatureof50°C,andextractiontimeof40minutes.Theextractionrateofpolyphenolsandflavonoidsreached38.26±1.32mg/gand18.44±0.76mg/g,respectively.TheDPPHradicalscavengingactivityofpolyphenolsandflavonoidswas75.56±1.23%and69.28±0.89%,respectively. Discussion: Ultrasonic-assistedextractionisanefficientandconvenientmethodforextractingactiveingredientsfromTujiaHuangdu.Theoptimalextractionconditionsdeterminedinthisstudycaneffectivelyimprovetheextractionrateofpolyphenolsandflavonoidsandenhancetheirantioxidantactivity.TheresultsofthisstudyprovideascientificbasisforthefurtherdevelopmentandutilizationofTujiaHuangdu. Conclusion: Ultrasonic-assistedextractionisaneffectivemethodforextractingpolyphenolsandflavonoidsfromTujiaHuangdu,andtheextractedpolyphenolsandflavonoidshavestrongantioxidantactivity.Theoptimizationofextractionconditionscanfurtherimprovetheextractionrateandantioxidantactivit
