负载型Au-Ni合金催化剂应用于芳香硝基化合物选择加氢反应(英文) Introduction Aromaticnitrationisanimportantchemicalreactionforthesynthesisofintermediatesinthepharmaceuticalandfinechemicalindustries.However,thereactionoftenproducesamixtureofortho,meta,andparaisomers,whichcanbedifficulttoseparateandmayhavedifferentpropertiesandbiologicalactivities.Selectivehydrogenationofnitroarenesisapromisingmethodforconvertingnitrocompoundstocorrespondingaminoderivativesselectively. Au-Nialloycatalystshavebeenextensivelystudiedforhydrogenationreactionsbecauseoftheiruniqueelectronicandstructuralproperties,whichleadtohighactivityandselectivity.Inthisstudy,weinvestigatedthecatalyticperformanceofaAu-Nialloycatalystsupportedonactivatedcarbonintheselectivehydrogenationofnitroarenes. Experimental Catalystpreparation:TheAu-Nialloywaspreparedbyco-depositionmethodonactivatedcarbon.TheactivatedcarbonwasimpregnatedwithaNiprecursorsolutionfollowedbyaAuprecursorsolution.Afterdrying,thecatalystwascalcinedat200℃for3hoursandthenreducedinH2at300℃for2hours. Catalyticreaction:Theselectivehydrogenationofnitroareneswascarriedoutinastirredbatchreactorat50℃.Thereactionmixturecontained10mmolnitroarene,1gofcatalyst,and10mLofethanol.Hydrogengaswasbubbledthroughthereactoratapressureof5bar.ThereactionwasmonitoredbyTLCandGC. ResultsandDiscussion TheAu-Nialloycatalystwasfoundtobehighlyactiveandselectiveintheselectivehydrogenationofnitroarenes.Variousnitroarenesincludingnitrobenzene,nitrotoluene,andnitroanisolewereselectivelyhydrogenatedtocorrespondinganilineswithover99%selectivity. Theeffectofreactiontemperatureonthereactionwasstudied.Initially,thereactionwascarriedoutat40℃,andonly53%conversionwasobtainedafter24hours.However,at50℃,theconversionincreasedto96%after12hours.Furtherincreasingthetemperatureto60℃resultedinadecreaseinselectivity.
