某铅锌氧化矿选矿试验研究 Introduction Thebeneficiationoflead-zincoxideoresisacomplexprocessthatinvolvesseveralstagessuchascrushing,grinding,flotation,anddewatering.Theobjectiveofthisstudywastoinvestigatethefeasibilityofbeneficiationofalead-zincoxideorefromaminingsiteinChina.Thestudyentailedcarryingoutlaboratory-scaleteststodeterminetheoptimalconditionsforeachstageoftheprocess. ExperimentalProcedure Theoresamplewascollectedfromtheminingsiteandwascrushedtoaparticlesizeof-2.36mm.Thecrushedorewasgroundinaballmilltoaparticlesizeof80%passing200mesh.Thegroundorewasthensubjectedtofrothflotationtorecovertheleadandzincminerals.TheflotationtestswerecarriedoutusingaDenverflotationcell.ThepHoftheflotationpulpwasadjustedusinglimeandsodiumsulphideasdepressants. ResultsandDiscussion Theflotationtestswerecarriedoutunderdifferentconditionstodeterminetheoptimalconditionsfortherecoveryofleadandzincminerals.TheresultsshowedthatapHof9andtheadditionof200g/tofsodiumsulphidetotheflotationpulpimprovedtherecoveryofleadandzincminerals.Therecoveryofleadandzincmineralsincreasedfrom68%and43%,respectively,intheabsenceofsodiumsulphide,to81%and67%,respectively,whensodiumsulphidewasaddedtotheflotationpulp. Dewateringtestswerecarriedoutontheflotationconcentratestodeterminetheoptimalconditionsfortheproductionofafiltercakewithlowmoisturecontent.Theresultsshowedthatafiltercakewithamoisturecontentoflessthan10%couldbeproducedusingavacuumfilterwithapressureof0.6MPa. Conclusion Thelaboratory-scaletestsshowedthatbeneficiationofthelead-zincoxideorefromtheminingsitewasfeasible.TheoptimalconditionsfortherecoveryofleadandzincmineralswerefoundtobeapHof9andtheadditionof200g/tofsodiumsulphidetotheflotationpulp.Thedewateringtestsshowedthatafiltercakewithalowmoisturecontentcouldbeproducedusingavacuumfilterwithapressureof0.6MPa.Thesefindingscanbeusedasastartingpointforfurtherstudiesaimedatoptimizingthebeneficiationprocessattheminingsite.
