基于齐次坐标变换的弧面分度凸轮建模与运动仿真研究 Title:ModelingandMotionSimulationofCamwithArcSurfaceDivisionBasedonHomogeneousCoordinateTransformation Abstract: Thispaperaimstoinvestigatethemodelingandmotionsimulationofacammechanismwitharcsurfacedivisionusinghomogeneouscoordinatetransformation.Camsarewidelyusedinvariousmechanicalsystemstoachievecomplexmotionprofiles.However,thetraditionalmodelingmethodsforcamprofilesareoftenlimitedtosimplecurves,whichmaynotaccuratelyrepresentthedesiredmotion.Toovercomethislimitation,weproposeanewapproachusinghomogeneouscoordinatetransformationtoaccuratelymodelandsimulatethemotionofcamswitharcsurfacedivision. 1.Introduction Camsareessentialcomponentsinmanymechanicalsystems,includingengines,machinetools,androbots,toachievepreciseandcontrolledmotionprofiles.Theaccuracyandsmoothnessofthecamprofiledirectlyaffecttheperformanceofthesesystems.Traditionalcammodelingmethodsoftenrelyonsimplecurves,suchascirculararcsorpolynomialcurves,whichcannotaccuratelyrepresentcomplexmotionrequirements.Therefore,itisimportanttodevelopmoresophisticatedmodelingtechniquestoimprovetheperformanceofcammechanisms. 2.HomogeneousCoordinateTransformation Homogeneouscoordinatetransformationisamathematicaltechniquewidelyusedincomputergraphicsandrobotics.Itallowstherepresentationofpointsinmulti-dimensionalspaceandfacilitatesthetransformationbetweendifferentcoordinatesystems.Inthispaper,weapplytheconceptofhomogeneouscoordinatetransformationtothemodelingandmotionsimulationofcamswitharcsurfacedivision. 3.ModelingofCamwithArcSurfaceDivision Themodelingprocessstartswithdefiningthedesiredmotiontrajectoryofthecamfollower.Bydividingthemotiontrajectoryintosmallsegments,eachsegmentisrepresentedbyanarcsurface.Theradiusandlengthofeacharcsurfacearedeterminedbasedonthetargetmotionprofile.Then,thetransformationmatrixforeacharcsurfaceiscalculatedusinghomogeneouscoordinatetransformation.Finally,allthetransformationmatricesareconcatenatedtoobtainthecompletecamprofile. 4.MotionSimulationofCamMechanism Oncetheca
