响应面优化超声辅助提取香菇多糖的工艺研究(英文) ResearchonResponseSurfaceOptimizationofUltrasonic-assistedExtractionofShiitakePolysaccharides Abstract: Inthisstudy,responsesurfacemethodology(RSM)wasusedtooptimizetheultrasonic-assistedextractionofshiitakepolysaccharides.Theeffectsofthreefactors,extractiontime,solid-liquidratio,andultrasonicpower,wereinvestigatedontheyieldofshiitakepolysaccharides.Theoptimalextractionconditionsweredeterminedtobeanextractiontimeof23.41min,solid-liquidratioof1:26.68,andultrasonicpowerof400W.Undertheseconditions,theyieldofshiitakepolysaccharidesreached7.92%,whichwasingoodagreementwiththepredictedvalueof7.91%. Introduction: Shiitakemushroomisatypeofediblemushroomwithvariousbioactivecompounds,includingpolysaccharides,whichhavebeenfoundtopossessimmunomodulatory,antitumor,andantiviralproperties.Shiitakepolysaccharideshaveattractedincreasingattentionfromresearchersduetotheirpotentialhealthbenefitsandcommercialvalue.However,thetraditionalextractionmethodsforpolysaccharidesaretime-consumingandlabor-intensive,andmayleadtolowyieldandpoorqualityoftheextract. Ultrasonic-assistedextraction(UAE)isapromisingalternativemethodfortheextractionofpolysaccharides,whichcanenhancetheextractionefficiencyandreducetheextractiontime.Responsesurfacemethodology(RSM)isapowerfultoolfortheoptimizationofextractionconditions,whichcanefficientlyinvestigatetheeffectsofmultiplefactorsandtheirinteractionsontheresponsevariable.
