涡轮叶尖泄漏流主动控制数值模拟研究(英文) Abstract Thetipleakageflowinturbomachinesisamajorsourceofefficiencylossandnoise.Inthispaper,wepresentnumericalsimulationsofactivecontroloftipleakageflowinturbomachinery,aimingtoreducetheefficiencylossandnoisecausedbythisphenomenon.ThesimulationsarebasedonthesolvingoftheNavier-Stokesequationswiththeuseofthek-epsilonturbulencemodel.Thenumericalsimulationsrevealthatactivecontrolofthetipclearanceflowcansignificantlyreducetheefficiencylossandnoiseinturbomachinery. Introduction Tipclearanceflowisamajorsourceofefficiencylossinturbomachinery.Whenthefluidpassesthroughtherotorblades,aportionofitleaksthroughthetipclearancegap,leadingtoadecreaseinefficiencyandanincreaseinnoise.Inordertoaddressthisissue,variousactivecontrolstrategieshavebeenproposedinrecentyears,includingtipinjection,tipsuctionandbladetipblowing.Theaimofthisstudyistoinvestigatetheeffectivenessoftipinjectionforactivecontroloftipclearanceflowinaturbomachinery. NumericalModelandMethod TheNavier-StokesequationsaresolvedusingthecommercialsoftwareANSYSFluent.Thecomputationaldomainincludestherotor,statorandthetipclearancegap.Thecomputationalfluiddynamics(CFD)simulationsarecarriedoutusingak-epsilonturbulencemodel.Theturbulencemodelconsiderstheeffectsofturbulenceonfluidflow,whichisanimportantaspectofthetipclearanceflow. Thecomputationaldomainisdividedintothreeregions:therotor,statorandtipclearancegap.Therotorandstatoraremodeledusingperiodicboundaryconditions,whilethetipclearancegapismodeledasanopenboundary. ResultsandDiscussion Thenumericalsimulationsrevealthatactivecontrolofthetipclearanceflowcansignificantlyreducetheefficiencylossandnoiseinturbomachinery.Theresultsshowthatinjectionofcompressedairthroughthetipclearancegapcanreducethetipleakageflowrateandimprovetheefficiencyoftheturbomachinery.Theeffectofactivecontrolonnoisereductionwasalsoobservedinthesimulations.Theresultsshowthattheinjectionofcompressedairthroughthetipclearancegapcanreducethenoisegeneratedbytipleakageflow.
