求线性规划初始正则解的一个新方法(英文) ANewApproachtoFindingInitialFeasibleSolutionforLinearProgramming Linearprogramming(LP)isapowerfulmathematicaltechniqueusedtooptimizelinearfunctionssubjecttolinearconstraints.Despiteitsusefulness,findinganinitialfeasiblesolutiontoaLPproblemcansometimesbeachallenge,especiallywhentheconstraintsarecomplex. Inthispaper,weproposeanewapproachtofindinganinitialfeasiblesolutionforalinearprogrammingproblem.Theproposedapproachcombinestheuseofaheuristicalgorithmandalinearprogrammingrelaxationtechnique. Theproposedapproachconsistsofthefollowingsteps: Step1:HeuristicAlgorithm Webeginbyusingaheuristicalgorithmtofindafeasiblesolutiontotheproblem.Theheuristicalgorithmusesasequenceofrandomsearchandgreedysearchstepstoexplorethefeasiblesolutionspace.Specifically,thealgorithmrandomlyselectsastartingpointanditerativelymovestowardsabettersolutionuntilnofurtherimprovementscanbemade. Step2:LinearProgrammingRelaxation Onceafeasiblesolutionisfound,weuselinearprogrammingrelaxationtomodifythesolutionandmakeitmorefeasible.Thetechniqueinvolvesrelaxingoneormoreconstraints,allowingforamoreflexibleandeasier-to-solveLPproblem.TheLPrelaxationproblemisthensolvedusingasimplexalgorithm,andthesolutionisusedtomodifytheinitialsolution. Step3:SolutionRefinement AftertheLPrelaxationstep,werefinethesolutiontoensurethatitisstillfeasible.Thisisdonebycheckingthesolutionagainstalltheconstraintsoftheoriginalproblem,andmakingnecessaryadjustmentstoensurethattheconstraintsarenotviolated. Step4:FinalSolution Finally,weusetherefinedsolutionastheinitialfeasiblesolutionandproceedtosolvetheoriginalLPproblem. Todemonstratetheeffectivenessofthisapproach,weappliedittoanumberofLPproblemswithvaryingdegreesofcomplexity.Theresultsshowedthatthemethodwasabletofindinitialfeasiblesolutionsquicklyandefficiently,allowingfasterandmoreaccuratesolutionstobeobtained.
