Currentteachingpractices Traditionally,theteachingofinternationalbusinesslawhasfollowedalecture-basedapproach,wheretheprofessorimpartsknowledgethroughlectures,readings,andassessments.Whilethisteachingmethodmayhavebeeneffectiveinthepast,ithasseveralshortcomingsinthecontextofinternationalbusinesslaw. Thefirstlimitationisthattraditionalteachingmethodsareoftennotinteractive,andstudentsmaystruggletounderstandcomplicatedlegalconceptspresentedinclass.Studentsmaynothavetheopportunitytoaskquestionsorclarifytheirdoubts,leadingtoalackofengagementwiththesubjectmatter.Furthermore,manystudentsmayfindthelanguageoflegaltextschallengingtounderstand,whichcouldhindertheirabilitytograspthematerial.
