基于熵权的作战方案优化模糊层次分析法(英文) Introduction: Inrecentyears,militaryoperationshavebecomemorecomplexandrequireefficientplanningtoensuresuccess.However,theprocessofplanningmilitaryoperationscanbechallenging,asitinvolvesmakingdecisionsbasedonamultitudeofcriteria,suchasresourceallocation,riskassessment,andobjectiveachievement.Inaddition,decision-makersmustcontendwiththeuncertaintyassociatedwiththefactorsthatcanimpacttheoutcomeoftheoperation.Therefore,thereisaneedforacomprehensivemethodologyfordecision-makingthatcanincorporateallofthesefactorsanduncertainty. ThispaperproposesamethodbasedontheentropyweightandtheFuzzyAnalyticHierarchyProcess(FAHP)tooptimizethemilitaryoperationsplan.Theapproachconsiderstheimpactofmultiplecriteriaandtheirinterrelationshipsthroughoutthedecision-makingprocess.Theproposedmethodisaneffectivetoolfordecision-makersasitprovidesastructuredapproachtoaddresscomplexdecision-makingproblemsconcerningmilitaryplanning. Methodology: Theproposedapproachinvolvesthreekeystages:(1)criteriaselection,(2)criteriaweighting,and(3)planoptimization. Atthecriteriaselectionstage,aninitialsetofcriteriaisdefinedbasedontheobjectivesoftheoperation.Thesecriteriaaretypicallygroupedintodifferentcategories,suchastactical,strategic,andoperationalcriteria. Atthecriteriaweightingstage,theentropyweightmethodisutilizedtocalculatetherelativeimportanceofeachcriterion.ThismethodusestheShannonentropyconcepttoquantifytheuncertaintyofeachcriteriaandassignsweightstoeachcriterionbasedontheamountofinformationprovidedbythecriterion.Theentropyweightmethodreducessubjectivityandbiasesintheweightingprocess. Attheplanoptimizationstage,theFuzzyAnalyticHierarchyProcessisappliedtogeneratetheoptimalmilitaryoperationsplan.Thismethodallowsdecision-makerstoconsiderbothquantitativeandqualitativefactorsinasystematicandstructuredway.TheFAHPapproachinvolvesdecomposingthedecisionproblemintoahierarchicalstructureoffactorsandsub-factors,andthenprioritizingthembasedontheirrelativeimportance.TheFuzzysettheoryisappliedtoha
