CurrentStatusofOccupationalIdentity: 1.Limitedsupportandresources:Englishteachersinruralprimaryschoolsoftenlackthenecessaryteachingmaterials,professionaldevelopmentopportunities,andsupportfromschooladministratorsandcommunities.Thislimitationmaycontributetoaweaksenseofprofessionalidentity. 2.Lowsocialstatus:Englishteachersinruralareasoftenencounterstereotypesandprejudices,whichnegativelyinfluencetheirperceivedprofessionalstatusandjobsatisfaction. 3.Heavyworkloadandmultipleroles:Englishteachersaretypicallyassignedadditionaltasks,suchasadministrativedutiesorteachingothersubjects,whichcanleadtoroleconflictsandalackoffocusontheirprimaryresponsibilities.
