乡镇小学英语教师职业认同现状及对策研究--以聊城市冠县十五所乡镇中心小学为例 Title:AStudyonOccupationalIdentityofEnglishTeachersinTownshipPrimarySchoolsandStrategies-ACaseStudyofFifteenTownshipPrimarySchoolsinGuanCounty,LiaochengCity Abstract: ThisresearchaimstoexaminethecurrentstatusofoccupationalidentityamongEnglishteachersintownshipprimaryschoolsandproposestrategiestoenhancetheirprofessionaldevelopment.ThestudyfocusesonfifteentownshipcentralprimaryschoolsinGuanCounty,LiaochengCity,China.Byconductingsurveys,interviews,andobservations,thisresearchanalyzesthechallengesfacedbyEnglishteachersintheseschoolsandexplorespotentialstrategiestoimprovetheiroccupationalidentity.Thefindingssuggestthatteachertrainingprograms,mentoringsystems,andsupportiveschoolenvironmentsareessentialforenhancingtheoccupationalidentityofEnglishteachersintownshipprimaryschools. 1.Introduction: TownshipprimaryschoolsplayavitalroleintheeducationsystemofChina.Thequalityofeducationintheseschoolslargelydependsontheeffectivenessandprofessionalismofteachers.Amongtheseteachers,Englishteachersfaceuniquechallengesduetolimitedresourcesandprofessionaldevelopmentopportunities.Therefore,thestudyaimstoexaminethecurrentstatusofoccupationalidentityamongEnglishteachersintownshipprimaryschoolsandproposestrategiestoenhancetheirprofessionaldevelopment. 2.Methodology: Thestudyutilizesbothquantitativeandqualitativeresearchmethods.AsurveyquestionnairewillbedesignedanddistributedamongEnglishteachersinfifteentownshipcentralprimaryschoolsinGuanCounty.Thequestionnairewillassessteachers'perceptionsoftheiroccupationalidentity,professionaldevelopmentopportunities,andchallengesfacedintheirteachingpractice.Additionally,interviewswillbeconductedwithasampleofEnglishteacherstogainadeeperunderstandingofthefactorsinfluencingtheiroccupationalidentity. 3.CurrentStatusofOccupationalIdentity: Thissectionpresentsandanalyzesthedatacollectedfromthesurveyandinterviews.IthighlightsthechallengesfacedbyEnglishteachersintownshipprimaryschools,suchaslackofaccesstoresources,limitedpro
