羟丙基-β-环糊精包合当归油的工艺研究 Title:ResearchontheInclusionComplexofHydroxypropyl-β-CyclodextrinwithAngelicaOil:ATechnologicalStudy Abstract: Thepresentstudyaimstoinvestigatetheinclusioncomplexformationbetweenhydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin(HP-β-CD)andangelicaoil,aswellastoenhanceitssolubilityandstabilitythroughencapsulation.Theinclusioncomplexwaspreparedbyco-precipitationmethodandcharacterizedusingvariousanalyticaltechniques,includingdifferentialscanningcalorimetry(DSC)andFouriertransforminfraredspectroscopy(FTIR).Thesolubilityandstabilityoftheinclusioncomplexwereevaluatedincomparisontoangelicaoilalone.Theresultsshowedthattheinclusioncomplexsignificantlyimprovedthesolubilityandstabilityofangelicaoil.ThisresearchprovidesvaluableinsightsintothepotentialapplicationofHP-β-CDencapsulationforenhancingthebioavailabilityofangelicaoil. 1.Introduction 1.1Background Angelicaoil,derivedfromtherootsofAngelicasinensis,isawidelyusedtraditionalChinesemedicine.Ithasvarioustherapeuticproperties,includinganti-inflammatory,analgesic,andantioxidantactivities.However,angelicaoilexhibitspoorwatersolubility,limitingitsbioavailabilityandapplicationinpharmaceuticalandcosmeticindustries.Encapsulationtechniquesinvolvingcyclodextrinshavebeenwidelyexploredtoovercomethelimitationsassociatedwithpoorsolubilityandstabilityofhydrophobicdrugsandessentialoils.Amongvariouscyclodextrins,hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin(HP-β-CD)hasbeenextensivelystudiedforitsabilitytoforminclusioncomplexesandenhancethesolubilityandstabilityofhydrophobiccompounds. 1.2Objective TheobjectiveofthisstudyistoinvestigatethepreparationandcharacterizationoftheinclusioncomplexbetweenHP-β-CDandangelicaoil.Thesolubilityandstabilityoftheinclusioncomplexwillbeevaluated,providingvaluableinsightsintothepotentialapplicationofHP-β-CDencapsulationforenhancingthebioavailabilityofangelicaoil. 2.MaterialsandMethods 2.1Materials -Hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin(HP-β-CD):Usedastheencapsulationagent. -Angelicaoil:ObtainedfromAngelicasinensisandusedastheguestmolecule
