某铜镍矿浮选分离试验研究 Title:ExperimentalStudyonFlotationSeparationofaCopper-NickelOre Abstract: Theflotationseparationofcopper-nickelorehasgainedsignificantattentionduetoitseconomicimportanceandenvironmentalconsiderations.Thisstudyaimstoinvestigatetheflotationbehaviorandseparationperformanceofacopper-nickelorethroughaseriesoflaboratory-scaleexperiments.Theresultsobtainedfromthisresearchwillprovidevaluableinsightsintotheoptimizationoftheflotationprocessforefficientrecoveryofcopperandnickelfromore. 1.Introduction Copper-nickeloresarevaluableresourcesthatcontainbothcopperandnickelminerals.Efficientseparationofthesemineralsiscrucialfortheirutilizationinvariousindustries.Theflotationtechniquehasbeenwidelyemployedforseparatingcopper-nickeloresduetoitsversatilityandeffectivenessinseparatingmineralsbasedontheirdifferencesinsurfaceproperties.Thisstudyaimstoexploretheflotationbehaviorandoptimizetheflotationconditionsforefficientseparationofcopperandnickelminerals. 2.ExperimentalMethods 2.1OreSamplePreparation Arepresentativeoresamplewascollectedfromacopper-nickelmineandgroundtoasuitableparticlesizeforflotationexperiments.ThecompositionandmineralogyoftheoresamplewerecharacterizedusingX-raydiffraction(XRD)analysisandX-rayfluorescence(XRF)analysis. 2.2FlotationExperiments ADenverflotationcellwasusedforallflotationexperiments.TheeffectsofvariousparametersincludingpH,collectordosage,frotherdosage,andconditioningtimewereinvestigated.Theflotationexperimentswereconductedusingaknownquantityoforesample,andtheconcentrateandtailingswerecollectedforfurtheranalysis. 3.ResultsandDiscussion 3.1MineralogicalAnalysis TheXRDanalysisrevealedthatthecopper-nickeloremainlyconsistsofchalcopyrite(CuFeS2)andpentlandite((Ni,Fe)9S8)asthemajorcopperandnickel-bearingminerals,respectively.Minoramountsofpyrrhotiteandpyritewerealsoidentified. 3.2EffectofpH ThepHoftheflotationpulpplaysacrucialroleintheflotationseparationofcopperandnickelminerals.TheresultsshowedthattheoptimumpHforeffectiveseparationofcopperandnickelmi
