表面增强拉曼散射光谱结合化学计量学方法对蜂蜜中双甲脒的高效检测(英文) SurfaceEnhancedRamanScatteringCombinedwithChemometricsforEfficientDetectionofDimethoateinHoney Introduction Honeyisahighlynutritiousandhealthyfoodproductconsumedbymillionsofpeopleworldwide.However,adulterationandcontaminationofhoneyproductswithpesticideshavebecomeaseriousissue,posinghealthriskstoconsumers.Amongthedifferentpesticidesusedinagriculture,dimethoateisfrequentlydetectedinhoneyduetoitshighpersistenceintheenvironmentanditsextensiveuseincropprotection.Therefore,therapid,sensitive,andreliabledetectionofdimethoateinhoneyiscrucialtoensureconsumersafetyandqualitycontrolofhoneyproducts.Inthisstudy,weproposeanovelmethodthatcombinesSurfaceEnhancedRamanScattering(SERS)withChemometricsforefficientdetectionofdimethoateinhoney. Methodology Inthisstudy,aSERSsubstratewaspreparedusingsilvernanoparticles(AgNPs)anddepositedontoaglasssubstrate.Thehoneysampleswerespikedwithdifferentconcentrationsofdimethoate(rangingfrom0to100ppm)andthendepositedontotheSERSsubstrate.TheSERSspectrawerecollectedusingaRamanspectrometerwith785nmlaserexcitation.Theobtainedspectrawerepre-processedandanalyzedusingMultivariateAnalysis(MVA)techniquessuchasPrincipalComponentAnalysis(PCA)andPartialLeastSquaresRegression(PLSR). Results TheSERSspectraofhoneysamplesspikedwithdimethoateshowedstrongcharacteristicpeaksrelatedtothevibrationalmodesofdimethoatemolecules.ThepeaksobservedintheSERSspectracorrespondedwellwiththeRamanspectraofdimethoatereportedintheliterature.Theintensityofthesepeakswasproportionaltotheconcentrationofdimethoate.ThePCAanalysisallowedtheclusteringofdifferentsamplesaccordingtotheirdimethoateconcentration,indicatingthediscriminativepowerofSERSindetectingdimethoateinhoney.ThePLSRmodelsdevelopedbasedontheSERSspectrashowedgoodpredictionaccuracyfordimethoateconcentrationwithaRootMeanSquareErrorofPrediction(RMSEP)of4.0mg/kg.
