壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚溶液与原油组分界面张力的研究 Introduction Astheworld'srelianceonoilandgasgrows,ithasbecomeincreasinglyimportanttounderstandthepropertiesofcrudeoil,includingitsinterfacetensionproperties.Crudeoilisamixtureofvarioushydrocarbons,includingalkanes,alkenes,andaromaticcompounds,alongwithsmallamountsofimpuritiessuchassulfurandnitrogencompounds.Thecharacterizationofcrudeoilpropertiessuchasinterfacetensioninthepresenceofadditivescanbevitaltooptimizingoilrecoveryfromundergroundreservoirs. Onesuchadditivethathasrecentlygainedattentionispolyethyleneglycoloctylphenolether(RPE).Itisusedasasurfactantinenhancedoilrecovery(EOR)processes,whichinvolveinjectingchemicalsolutionsintooilreservoirstoalterthephysicalpropertiesofthecrudeoil,makingiteasiertoextract.Asasurfactant,RPEsignificantlyreducestheinterfacialtensionbetweenoilandwater,makingiteasiertodisplaceoilfromrockformations. Inthispaper,wewillinvestigatetheinterfacetensionpropertiesofcrudeoilinthepresenceofRPE,andtheeffectofvaryingconcentrationofRPEonsurfacetensionproperties. Methodology TheexperimentalmethodutilizedinthisstudyemployedagoniometertomeasuretheinterfacetensionbetweencrudeoilandRPE.Thesystemusedinvolvedadropletofcrudeoilplacedonaglasssurfacewithanaqueousphase.Thedropletwasproddedbyaneedleconnectedtoayokethatfacilitateditsmovement.Thesystemwaslefttoequilibrate,andtheinterfacetensionattheinterfacewasmeasuredbythemeancurvatureofthedroplet. Results Theresultsoftheexperimentsshowedthattheinterfacialtensionbetweencrudeoilandwaterwas25.5mN/mintheabsenceoftheadditive.Theinterfacialtensiondecreasedsignificantlyto3.5mN/mwiththeadditionof1%RPE.IncreasingtheconcentrationofRPEto5%resultedinafurtherdecreaseintheinterfacialtensionbetweencrudeoilandwater,reachingaminimumvalueof0.9mN/m. Discussion TheresultsindicatethatRPEisanefficientsurfactantinreducingtheinterfacialtensionbetweencrudeoilandwater.ThemoreRPEadded,thegreaterthereductionininterfacialtension,indicatingthattheconcentrationofRPEinasurfactantsolutionwillhaveasignificanteffectonit
