一种合成聚焦的便携式B型超声成像方法 摘要 本文提出一种基于合成聚焦的便携式B型超声成像方法。该方法利用多元素阵列探头,在探头和物体间形成多个超声波束,并通过算法将这些波束聚焦在物体内部特定深度的区域。这种方法可以提高成像分辨率和信噪比,适用于便携式设备,实现了在不影响成像质量的情况下减小设备体积和重量。 关键词:合成聚焦、B型超声成像、多元素阵列探头、便携式设备、成像分辨率、信噪比 Introduction B-modeultrasoundimagingisawidelyusedmedicaldiagnostictooldueitsabilitytoprovidereal-timeimagesofinternalorgansandtissueswithoutexposingpatientstoharmfulradiation.However,traditionalB-modeultrasoundimagingoftensuffersfromalackofimageresolutionandlowsignal-to-noiseratio(SNR),resultinginimageartifactsandreduceddiagnosticaccuracy.Inrecentyears,variousmethodshavebeenproposedtoimproveB-modeultrasoundimaging,suchassyntheticapertureimagingandspecklereductiontechniques.Amongthesetechniques,syntheticfocusing,alsoknownassyntheticaperturefocusingtechnique(SAFT),isapromisingmethodthatcansignificantlyimproveimagequality. Inthisstudy,weproposeaportableB-modeultrasoundimagingmethodbasedonsyntheticfocusing.Thismethodutilizesamulti-elementarraytransducertogeneratemultipleultrasoundbeamsbetweenthetransducerandtheobject.Thesebeamsarethenusedtocreateafocusedimageataspecificdepthwithintheobjectbyprocessingallofthereflectedsignalsusinganalgorithmthatconsiderstheirrespectivetimedelaysandamplitudes. Methodology Theproposedmethodinvolvestheuseofamulti-elementarraytransducerthatcontainsalargenumberofsmallultrasoundtransducers.Thesetransducersarearrangedinagridpatternandconnectedtoindividualchannelsofanultrasoundimagingsystem.Togeneratemultiplebeams,eachofthetransducersisexcitedwithaspecifictimedelayandamplitude.Bycarefullycontrollingthetimedelaysandamplitudesofeachtransducer,multiplebeamscanbegeneratedatdifferentanglesanddepthwithintheobject. Inordertocreateasyntheticfocus,thereflectedsignalsfrommultiplebeamsarecombinedandprocessedusinganalgorithmthatcalculatesthetimedelaysandamplitudesofeachsignal.Oncethesecalculationsareperformed,thereflectedsignalscanbeaddedtogethertocreateanimageoftheobjectwithimprovedresolutionandSNR.
