火电厂脱硫系统智能优化管理研究 Abstract Withtheincreasingdemandforenvironmentalprotection,theintelligentoptimizationmanagementofthedesulfurizationsysteminthermalpowerplantshasbecomeanessentialresearchtopic.Thispaperaimstoexplorethemethodsandstrategiesfortheintelligentoptimizationmanagementofthedesulfurizationsysteminthermalpowerplants,focusingontheintegrationofadvancedtechnologiessuchasartificialintelligence,bigdata,andinternetofthings.Thepaperstartsbyintroducingthebackgroundandsignificanceoftheresearch,followedbyadetailedanalysisofthecurrentchallengesintheoperationandmanagementofdesulfurizationsystems.Then,severalintelligentoptimizationtechniquesareproposed,includingdata-drivenmodeling,intelligentcontrol,anddecision-making,aswellaspredictivemaintenance.Finally,thepaperdiscussesthepotentialbenefitsandfutureprospectsofapplyingintelligentoptimizationmanagementinthedesulfurizationsystemofthermalpowerplants. 1.Introduction Inrecentyears,theissueofenvironmentalpollutionhasattractedsignificantattentionglobally.Coal-firedthermalpowerplants,asoneofthemajorsourcesofairpollution,areunderincreasingpressuretoreducepollutantemissions.Amongthesepollutants,sulfurdioxide(SO2)hassignificantadverseeffectsonhumanhealthandtheenvironment.Therefore,thedesulfurizationsystemplaysavitalroleinreducingSO2emissionsandensuringenvironmentalcompliance.However,theoperationandmanagementofdesulfurizationsystemsfacevariouschallenges,includingcomplexandnonlinearrelationships,uncertainoperationconditions,andvaryingpollutantloadings.Consequently,thereisaneedforintelligentoptimizationmanagementtoimprovetheefficiencyandeffectivenessofthedesulfurizationsystem. 2.ChallengesinDesulfurizationSystemManagement Thetraditionalmanualoperationandcontrolapproachofdesulfurizationsystemsoftenlacksaccuracyandtimeliness.Operatorsheavilyrelyontheirexperienceandcannotfullyutilizethecapabilitiesofthesystem.Moreover,dynamicchangesinoperatingconditionsandpollutantcharacteristicsmakeitdifficulttoachievesatisfactoryperformance.Thelackofreal-
