汽车离合器膜片弹簧的优化设计分析 Abstract Theclutchmembranespringisanintegralcomponentofavehicle'sclutchassembly.Itsmainfunctionistotransferpowerfromtheenginetothetransmissionwhilefacilitatingsmoothaccelerationanddeceleration.Therefore,itiscrucialtooptimizethedesignofthiscomponenttoimproveoverallvehicleperformanceandsafety. Inthispaper,weaimtoanalyzeandoptimizethedesignoftheclutchmembranespringthroughfiniteelementanalysis(FEA)andothernumericalsimulations.Specifically,wewillinvestigatetherequiredmechanicalpropertiesofthemembranespringmaterial,theeffectofthespringforceonclutchoperation,andtheoptimaldesignparametersforthemembranespring. Ourresultsindicatethatacombinationofhighstrengthandductilityisessentialforclutchmembranespringmaterialduetothecyclicloadingandhighstressenvironment.Additionally,wefoundthatincreasingthespringforcecanimproveclutchperformancebutalsodecreasethelifespanoftheclutchassembly.Finally,ouranalysissuggeststhattheoptimaldesignparametersforthemembranespringaredeterminedbyacombinationofseveralfactors,includingtheenginetorque,clutchdiameter,andtransmissiongearratios. Overall,theresultsofthisstudyprovideimportantinsightsintothedesignandoptimizationofclutchmembranesprings.Thesefindingshavesignificantimplicationsforimprovingvehicleperformanceandsafetybyadvancingautomotiveengineeringtechnology.
