振动辅助切削加工技术研究现状(英文) ResearchStatusofVibration-assistedMachiningTechnology Abstract: Vibration-assistedmachiningtechnologyisanoveltechniqueusedinprecisionmachining.Inrecentyears,ithasattractedalotofattentionbecauseofitspotentialforimprovingmachiningqualityandefficiency.Thispaperreviewsthecurrentresearchstatusofvibration-assistedmachiningtechnology,includingitsprinciples,advantages,andlimitations,aswellasthelatestdevelopmentsinthisfield. Introduction: Machiningisanessentialprocessinthemanufacturingindustry,whichinvolvescutting,grinding,drilling,andothermethodstoshapeorremovematerialsfromaworkpiece.Achievinghighprecisionandefficiencyinmachiningisasignificantchallengeformanufacturers,particularlyformaterialsthataredifficulttocut,suchashardmetals,ceramics,andcomposites.Therefore,newmachiningtechniquesarecontinuouslybeingdevelopedtoovercomethesechallenges. Vibration-assistedmachining(VAM)isarelativelynewmachiningtechniquethatinvolvestheapplicationofahigh-frequencyoscillationtothecuttingtoolorworkpiecetoimprovemachiningperformance.Theuseofvibrationcanhelpbreakthechipsintosmallerpieces,reducethecuttingforce,andimprovethesurfacefinishoftheworkpiece.Asaresult,VAMhasgainedincreasingattentioninrecentyearsduetoitspotentialtoimprovetheefficiencyandqualityofmachiningprocesses. PrinciplesofVibration-assistedMachining: Theprincipleofvibration-assistedmachiningisbasedoncreatingsmalloscillationsinthecuttingtoolorworkpiece,whichcanreducecuttingforcesandtoolwear,improvechipformation,andenhancethequalityofthemachinedsurface.ThevibrationfrequencyusedinVAMisusuallybetween5kHzand50kHz,andtheamplitudeisusuallylessthan50μm.Thevibrationcanbeappliedindifferentways,suchasusingpiezoelectricactuators,magnetostrictivematerials,orbyeccentricallymountingthecuttingtool.
