Atpresent,thecalibrationmethodsforpulsesignalsofphotoelectricencodersmainlyincludemanualcalibrationandautomaticcalibration.Themanualcalibrationmethodissimpleandeasytooperate,butthecalibrationaccuracyislow,anditisdifficulttocalibratecomplexsignals.Automaticcalibrationmethods,suchaspulsesignalcalibratorsbasedonDSPtechnologyandmicrocontrollers,canachievehigh-precisioncalibration,butthecomplexityofthehardwareandsoftwaresystemgreatlyincreasesthecostanddifficultyofoperation.
