PBAT增韧改性交联PBS的性能研究 摘要: 本文以聚丁二酸丙烯酸丁酯(PBAT)为基础材料,通过增韧改性和交联处理来提高其力学性能和热稳定性。我们利用聚丙烯酸乙酯(PAE)和N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)作为增韧剂和交联剂,对PBAT进行了改性处理。结果表明,在一定范围内增韧剂和交联剂的加入量可以明显提高PBAT的力学性能和热稳定性。同时,我们还研究了增韧剂和交联剂对PBAT的结晶行为和玻璃转化温度的影响,发现适量的增韧剂和交联剂可以降低PBAT的结晶度和玻璃转化温度,从而提高其加工性能和表面质量。 关键词:PBAT;增韧改性;交联;力学性能;热稳定性 Introduction: Polybutyleneadipate-co-terephthalate(PBAT)isabiodegradablepolymerthathasbeenwidelyusedinpackaging,agriculturalfilms,andotherapplicationsduetoitsgoodmechanicalpropertiesandbiodegradability.However,thepoortoughnessandthermalstabilityofPBATlimititsfurtherapplications.Therefore,itisnecessarytoimprovethemechanicalpropertiesandthermalstabilityofPBATtobroadenitsapplicationrange.Inrecentyears,tougheningmodificationandcrosslinkingtreatmenthavebeenwidelyusedtoimprovethemechanicalpropertiesandthermalstabilityofPBAT. Inthisstudy,weusedpolyacrylicester(PAE)andN,N'-methylenebisacrylamide(MBA)astougheningagentandcrosslinkingagenttomodifyPBAT.Theeffectsoftheamountoftougheningagentandcrosslinkingagentonthemechanicalproperties,thermalstability,crystallizationbehaviorandglasstransitiontemperatureofPBATwereinvestigated. Experimental: Materials: PBAT(EcoflexFBlend),PAE(AcronalV702),andMBA(Sigma-Aldrich)wereusedinthisstudy. PreparationofPBAT/PAE/MBABlends: PBAT/PAE/MBAblendswerepreparedbymeltmixingusingaco-rotatingtwin-screwextruder.Thescrewspeedwas100rpm,andthetemperatureprofilesweresetat170,180,190,200,210and220°Cfromfeedzonetodie.ThefeedingratioofPBAT/PAE/MBAwas100/0/0,90/10/0,80/20/0,70/30/0,60/35/5,50/40/10,40/30/30and0/0/100. MechanicalPropertiesTest: TensileandimpacttestswerecarriedoutaccordingtoASTMD882-10andASTMD256-10,respectively.Thespecimenswerecutintodumbbellshapefortensiletestandrectangularshapeforimpacttest. ThermalStabilityTest: Thermalstabilitywasdeterminedbythermogravimetricanalysis(TGA).TheTGAtestwasperformedundernitrogenatmospherefrom30to600°Cwithaheatingrateof10°C/min.
