增韧阻燃改性酚醛泡沫的制备及其性能研究 Title:PreparationandPerformanceStudyofToughenedFlame-retardantModifiedPhenolicFoam Abstract: Phenolicfoamiswidelyusedasathermalinsulationmaterialduetoitsexcellentflameresistanceandthermalstability.However,itsinherentfragilityrestrictsitsapplicationincertainareas.Thisstudyaimstoimprovethetoughnessandflameretardancyofphenolicfoambyincorporatingtougheningagentsandflameretardantstoenhanceitsapplicabilityandbroadenitsrangeofapplications.Inthispaper,thepreparationmethodoftoughenedflame-retardantmodifiedphenolicfoamanditsperformanceanalysiswillbediscussed. 1.Introduction: Phenolicfoamisaclosed-cellrigidfoammaterialwithexcellentthermalinsulationperformanceandlowthermalconductivity.However,itsinherentbrittlenesshampersitsusageinsomeapplications.Additionally,thegrowingconcernregardingfiresafetynecessitatestheincorporationofflameretardantstoenhanceitsflameresistance.Therefore,improvingthetoughnessandflameretardancyofphenolicfoammaterialsisofgreatsignificanceforexpandingtheirpracticalapplications. 2.PreparationMethodsofToughenedFlame-retardantModifiedPhenolicFoam: 2.1ModificationAgents: Varioustougheningagentshavebeenemployedtoenhancetheimpactresistanceandflexibilityofphenolicfoam,suchaselastomers,thermoplastics,andnaturalfibers.Thecompatibilitybetweenthetougheningagentsandphenolicresinshouldbeconsideredtoachieveagoodbalancebetweentoughnessandflameretardancy. 2.2FlameRetardants: Differentflameretardantscanbeaddedtothephenolicfoamformulationtoenhanceitsflameresistance.Phosphorus-based,halogen-based,andintumescentflameretardantsarecommonlyusedinimprovingthefireperformanceofphenolicfoam.However,thecompatibilitybetweenflameretardantsandphenolicresinneedstobeevaluatedtomaintainthefoam'smechanicalproperties. 3.PerformanceAnalysisofToughenedFlame-retardantModifiedPhenolicFoam: 3.1MechanicalProperties: Tensilestrength,flexuralstrength,andimpactstrengthtestscanbeconductedonthemodifiedphenolicfoamtoevaluateitsmechanicalproperties.Theincorporationoftougheningagentsisex
