300MW机组电动给水泵变频改造应用 Introduction Apowerplant'smaingoalistoprovideacontinuoussupplyofreliableelectricity.Whileitisimportanttohaveefficientpower-generatingequipment,itisequallyimportanttohaveequipmentthatcanmaintainreliabilityandreducedowntime.The300MWunitelectricboilerfeedpump(EBFP)isoneofthevitalcomponentsofthepowerplant.Itsupplieswatertotheboilerbytakingwaterfromanexternalwatersourceandinjectingitintotheboilerathighpressureandtemperature.TraditionalEBFPcontrolapplicationinmanypowerplantsreliesonhydrauliccontrolsystems,andthissystemcaneasilybecomeunstable,resultinginpoorcontrolperformance,frequentdefectrepair,andhighoperatingcosts. Inrecentyears,theuseofvariablefrequencydrive(VFD)technologytoreplacetraditionalhydrauliccontrolhasgainedsignificantattentioninthepowerindustry.TheVFDtechnologyapplicationwillincreaseequipmentreliabilityandreduceoperatingcostsandenhanceenergyefficiency. ThispaperaimstodiscusstheapplicationofVFDonthe300MWunitEBFP.ItwillexploretheadvantagesofVFDtechnologyandprovideanoverviewofthedesign,operation,andcontrolofVFDonthe300MWunitEBFP. AdvantagesofVFDTechnologyinEBFP 1.ImproveEfficiency Inthetraditionalcontrolsystemdesign,thehydrauliccontrolsystem'sefficiencyislow,typicallybetween50%-70%.VFDtechnology,ontheotherhand,hasanefficiencyof97%.ThisisbecausetheVFD'sabilitytocontrolpumpspeedadaptstothechangesoftheload,makingitmoreenergy-efficientthanhydrauliccontrolsystems. 2.Cost-Effective VFDtechnologylowerstheoperatingcostofthe300MWunitEBFPsystembycontrollingthemotor'sspeedratherthanthrottlingvalves.Throttlingvalvesproducehighlevelsofheatandusemoreenergy,whichincreasesoperatingcosts,whileVFDtechnologyefficientlycontrolsspeed,resultinginfewerenergylossesandlesssystemwearandtear. 3.EnhancedControlPerformance TheVFDtechnologycanprovidebettercontrolofthe300MWunitEBFPperformance.ThisisbecausetheVFDadjuststhepumpspeedwithgreatprecisionbasedonthesystemload,ensuringthatthepumpmeetsthedemandunderanyoperatingconditions.Italsomonitorsandprotectsthesystem,reducingth
