大型船体舷侧分段装焊顺序仿真及其变形预测研究 论文题目:大型船体舷侧分段装焊顺序仿真及其变形预测研究 Abstract: Withtheincreasingdemandsforlarge-scaleshipconstruction,itbecomescrucialtodevelopefficientweldingmethodsfortheassemblyofshipsectionswithoutcausingsignificantdeformation.Inthisstudy,weproposeasimulation-basedapproachtodeterminetheoptimalweldingsequencefortheconstructionoflargeshiphulls.Byconsideringthewelding-induceddeformation,weaimtopredictandminimizethedistortionoftheshipsectionsduringtheassemblyprocess.Thisresearchcontributestoimprovingtheefficiencyandqualityintheshipbuildingindustry. Introduction: Large-scaleshipconstructioninvolvestheassemblyofnumeroussectionsthatareweldedtogethertoformthefinalshiphull.However,theweldingprocesscaninducesignificantdeformation,affectingtheoverallqualityandstructuralintegrityoftheship.Therefore,itiscrucialtodetermineanoptimalweldingsequencethatminimizesdistortion.Inthispaper,weproposeasimulation-basedapproachtosimulatetheweldingprocessandpredictthedeformationoftheshipsections.Theresultsobtainedcanbeusedtooptimizetheweldingsequenceandreducetheoveralldistortion.
