基于土地集约利用的长株潭城市群建设用地供需仿真模拟(英文) SimulationofLandSupplyandDemandintheConstructionoftheChangsha-Zhuzhou-XiangtanUrbanAgglomerationBasedonLandIntensiveUtilization Abstract: Withtherapidurbanizationandeconomicdevelopment,theissueoflandsupplyanddemandhasbecomeincreasinglysignificant.InordertopromotetheconstructionoftheChangsha-Zhuzhou-XiangtanUrbanAgglomerationandachievelandintensiveutilization,itisessentialtoconductasimulationoflandsupplyanddemand.Thispaperaimstopresentacomprehensiveanalysisofthelandsupplyanddemandsituationinthecontextoftheurbanagglomerationandproposestrategiesforefficientlandutilization. 1.Introduction TheChangsha-Zhuzhou-XiangtanUrbanAgglomerationisoneofthekeyeconomicregionsincentralChina.Aspopulationandeconomicactivitiescontinuetogrow,landdemandforurbandevelopment,industrialparks,andinfrastructureconstructionisincreasing.However,thelimitedavailabilityoflandresourcesnecessitatestheimplementationoflandintensiveutilizationstrategies.Byconductingasimulationoflandsupplyanddemand,decision-makerscanexplorepotentialsolutionsandmakeinformeddecisionstoensuresustainabledevelopment. 2.LandSupplyAnalysis Theanalysisoflandsupplyinvolvestheassessmentofexistingavailablelandandpotentiallandresources.Thestudyshouldconsiderfactorssuchaslanduse,landownership,land-useplanning,andlandconversionpolicies.GIStechnologycanbeemployedtomapandanalyzethecurrentlandusepatternsandidentifyareaswithpotentialforlanddevelopment.Additionally,remotesensingdatacanprovidevaluableinformationonlandchangesandupdates. 3.LandDemandAnalysis Theanalysisoflanddemandrequiresathoroughunderstandingoftheeconomic,social,anddemographictrendsintheurbanagglomeration.Factorssuchaspopulationgrowth,economicdevelopment,andindustrializationwillcontributetotheestimationoflanddemand.Differentsectors,includingresidential,commercial,industrial,andinfrastructural,shouldbeconsideredseparatelytoprovideamoreaccurateassessment.Additionally,theanalysisshouldconsidertheimpactoftransportationandurbanplanningonlanddemand. 4.
