Introduction: Ruralcreditplaysavitalroleinenhancingagriculturalproductivity,ruralincomes,andoverallruraldevelopment.However,theallocationofcreditfundsinruralareasoftenfaceschallengessuchasinformationasymmetry,limitedaccesstofinancialinstitutions,andinefficientallocationofresources.Thisresearchaimstoevaluatetheefficiencyofcreditfundallocationintheruralareasofthewesternregionandidentifythefactorsthatinfluencethisefficiency. Methodology: TheDEAmethodischosenastheprimaryanalyticaltoolinthisstudy.DEAisanon-parametricapproachwidelyusedinefficiencyanalysis.Itmeasurestherelativeefficiencyofdecision-makingunits(DMUs)basedontheirinput-outputrelationship. Theresearchsampleincludesaselectionofruralareasinthewesternregion,anddataoncreditfunds,agriculturaloutput,labor,andotherrelevantfactorsarecollectedforanalysis.TheDEAmodelwillbeconstructedtocalculatetheefficiencyscoresofeachDMUandidentifytheefficientandinefficientunits. ResultsandDiscussion: TheresultsoftheDEAanalysiswillprovideinsightsintotheefficiencyofcreditfundallocationintheruralareasofthewesternregion.TheefficientDMUscanserveasbenchmarksfortheinefficientunits,providingguidanceforimprovingtheirallocationmethods.Throughanalysis,potentialreasonsforinefficientallocationcanbeidentified,suchaslimitedaccesstofinancialresources,inadequateagriculturalinfrastructure,orineffectivecreditpolicies.
