BasicConceptsofArduinoUNO: ArduinoUNOisamicrocontroller-basedboardthathasasetofinput/outputpinsthatcanbeusedtoconnecttovariouselectronicdevices.TheboardisequippedwithamicrocontrollerthatcanbeprogrammedusingtheArduinointegrateddevelopmentenvironment(IDE).TheIDEprovidesasimpleandintuitiveinterfacethatallowsuserstowriteprogramsinC++languageanduploadthemontotheboard.Theboardalsohasbuilt-inUSBcommunicationthatenablesuserstocommunicatewiththeboardfromtheircomputer. Theinput/outputpinsontheboardcanbeusedtocontrolvariouselectronicdevicessuchasmotors,LEDs,andsensors.Thepinsaredividedintotwocategories,digitalandanalog.Thedigitalpinscanbeusedtosendorreceivesignalsthatareeitherhigh(5V)orlow(0V).Theanalogpinscanbeusedtoreadorwriteanalogsignalsthataremeasuredinvoltage.Theboardalsohasbuilt-inpulse-widthmodulation(PWM)pinsthatcanbeusedtocontrolthebrightnessofLEDsandthespeedofmotors.
