亚硝氮对COD测试的影响及掩蔽研究 摘要 本文主要探讨了亚硝氮对COD测试结果的影响及掩蔽现象的研究。通过综合文献分析和实验研究发现,亚硝氮对COD测试结果会产生一定的干扰和误差,主要表现为亚硝化过程中产生的亚硝酸会被COD试剂氧化为亚硝酸根离子,从而被计入COD测试结果。此外,亚硝酸也可以部分氧化为亚硝酸盐,造成COD的高估。在实验研究中,我们还发现,当COD测试样品中含有亚硝氮时,通过加入硫酸亚铁和付加剂等方法可以有效地掩蔽亚硝氮对COD测试结果的影响。最后,本文总结了亚硝氮对COD测试的影响及掩蔽方法的研究现状,并对今后的研究方向进行了展望。 关键词:亚硝氮;COD测试;干扰;掩蔽;研究现状 Introduction COD(ChemicalOxygenDemand)isawidelyusedmethodtomeasuretheorganiccontentofwastewaterandcanbeusedasanindicatorofthewaterquality.However,thepresenceofnitrite(NO2-)inthesamplecanaffecttheaccuracyofCODtests.Nitritecanbegeneratedduringthenitrificationprocess,whereammoniaisoxidizedtonitritebynitrifyingbacteria.Nitriteisthenfurtheroxidizedtonitrate(NO3-)bynitrite-oxidizingbacteria.ThepresenceofnitriteinwastewatersamplescanresultinerrorsinCODtests,asnitriteisoxidizedbytheCODreagentsandcontributestotheCODvalue. Inadditiontointerference,nitritecanalsomaskCODresults.Whennitriteispresentinasample,itcanreactwithCODreagentstoformacomplexthatcannotbeoxidizedfurther,resultinginalowerCODvaluethantheactualvalue.Thisphenomenonisknownasnitritemasking,anditcanbedifficulttoidentify. Inthispaper,wewillexaminetheeffectofnitriteonCODtestsanddiscussmethodstomitigatethenitriteinterference.
