主动学习型克里金模型在掌子面可靠度分析中的应用——以双层土隧道为例(英文) ApplicationofActiveLearningKrigingModelinReliabilityAnalysisofTransversePavement:ACaseStudyofDouble-layerSoilTunnel 1.Introduction Inrecentyears,withtherapiddevelopmentofinfrastructureconstruction,thereliabilityanalysisoftransversepavementintunnelshasbecomeacriticalissueforensuringthesafetyandsustainabilityoftransportationsystems.Amongvariousreliabilityanalysismethods,theactivelearningKrigingmodelhasgainedincreasingattentionduetoitsabilitytocapturecomplexspatialcorrelationsandoptimizesampleallocationiteratively.ThispaperaimstoexploretheapplicationoftheactivelearningKrigingmodelinthereliabilityanalysisoftransversepavement,focusingonacasestudyofdouble-layersoiltunnels. 2.Methodology 2.1ActiveLearningKrigingModel TheactivelearningKrigingmodelisamachinelearningapproachthatcombinestheKrigingmodelwithactivelearningtechnique.ItiterativelyselectsnewinformativesamplestoupdatetheKrigingmodelandimprovethepredictionaccuracy.Themodelusestheconceptofuncertaintytoguidethesampleselectionprocess,aimingtoreducethepredictionerrorefficiently. 2.2ReliabilityAnalysisofTransversePavement Thereliabilityanalysisoftransversepavementintunnelsinvolvesevaluatingtheprobabilityoffailureunderspecifiedloadsandconditions.Itrequiresconstructingaresponsesurfacetorepresenttherelationshipbetweentheinputvariables(e.g.,pavementthickness,trafficload)andtheoutputresponse(e.g.,pavementsettlement).TheactivelearningKrigingmodelcanbeemployedtoconstructtheresponsesurfacewithlimitedsamplepointsandthenestimatethefailureprobabilityusingreliabilityanalysismethods(e.g.,MonteCarlosimulation). 3.ApplicationinDouble-layerSoilTunnels Inthecaseofdouble-layersoiltunnels,thetransversepavementiscomposedoftwolayers:thebaselayerandthesurfacelayer.Themainfailuremodeistheexcessivesettlementofthepavement.TheactivelearningKrigingmodelcanbeusedtomodelthesettlementresponseofthepavementbyconsideringinputparameterssuchastunneldepth,trafficload,andpavementthickness.Themodeliterativelyselectsnewsamp
