一株植物乳杆菌(HCS03-011)调节肠道菌群功能的研究 Title:StudyontheRegulationofIntestinalMicrobialFunctionbythePlant-derivedProbioticL.plantarumHCS03-011 Abstract: TheaimofthisstudyistoinvestigatetheeffectsofLactobacillusplantarumHCS03-011,aplant-derivedprobioticstrain,ontheregulationofintestinalmicrobialfunction.Thecompositionanddiversityoftheintestinalmicrobiotaplayacrucialroleinmaintainingguthealthandoverallwell-being.L.plantarumHCS03-011hasbeenwidelystudiedforitspotentialhealth-promotingproperties.Thisresearchaimstoexploreitspotentialasaregulatorofintestinalmicrobialfunction. Introduction: Thehumangutmicrobiotaconsistsoftrillionsofmicroorganisms,includingbacteria,viruses,fungi,andarchaea,whichresideinthegastrointestinaltract.Thesemicrobescoexistinamutuallybeneficialrelationshipwiththehost,influencingvariousphysiologicalandbiochemicalprocesses.Animbalanceinthecompositionanddiversityofthegutmicrobiota,knownasdysbiosis,isassociatedwithvariousgastrointestinaldisorders,metabolicdiseases,andimmunedysregulation.Probiotics,particularlythosederivedfromplants,havegainedsignificantattentionduetotheirpotentialtomodulatethegutmicrobiotaandcontributetohosthealth. Methods: Inthisstudy,asingle-blind,randomized,placebo-controlledtrialwasconductedonagroupofhealthyvolunteersagedbetween18to45years.ParticipantswererandomlyassignedtoconsumeeitheraplaceboorasupplementcontainingL.plantarumHCS03-011foraperiodof4weeks.Stoolsampleswerecollectedatbaselineandattheendoftheinterventionperiodtoanalyzechangesinmicrobialcompositionanddiversity.Biochemicalassayswereperformedtoassessthemetabolicprofileoftheparticipants. Results: Analysisofthestoolsamplesrevealedasignificantincreaseintherelativeabundanceofbeneficialbacteria,suchasBifidobacteriumandLactobacillus,intheL.plantarumHCS03-011groupcomparedtotheplacebogroup.Thissuggeststhattheprobioticsupplementationledtoapositivemodulationofthegutmicrobiota.Additionally,themetabolicprofileoftheparticipantsshowedimprovementsinmarkersofguthealth,includingdecreasedlevelsofinflam
