Co-Ti合金中γ相粗化动力学的实验研究和相场模拟(英文) Title:ExperimentalStudyandPhaseFieldSimulationsontheCoarseningKineticsoftheγPhaseinCo-TiAlloys Abstract: ThecoarseningkineticsoftheγphaseinCo-Tialloyshavebeeninvestigatedthroughexperimentalobservationsandphasefieldsimulations.Theγphaseisknowntoexhibitagraincoarseningbehavioratelevatedtemperatures,whichsignificantlyaffectsthemechanicalandthermalpropertiesofthealloy.Inthisstudy,weaimtounderstandthecoarseningmechanismsatplayandelucidatetheroleofvariousparametersonthecoarseningkinetics. 1.Introduction: Co-Tialloyshavegainedsignificantattentionduetotheiruniquecombinationofhighmechanicalstrength,excellenthigh-temperaturestability,andcorrosionresistance.Theγphase,whichformsinthealloyatelevatedtemperatures,playsacrucialroleindeterminingthealloy'smechanicalproperties.UnderstandingthecoarseningbehavioroftheγphaseisessentialforthedevelopmentofimprovedCo-Tialloys. 2.ExperimentalStudy: AseriesofCo-Tialloysampleswithvaryingcompositionswerepreparedbyamixtureofelementalpowdersfollowedbyhigh-temperaturesintering.Thesampleswerethenheattreatedatdifferenttemperaturesrangingfrom600°Cto900°Cforvarioustimeintervals.Scanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM)wasemployedtoobservethemicrostructureevolutionandgraincoarseningbehavioroftheγphase. 3.ResultsandDiscussion: Theexperimentalobservationsrevealedthattheγphaseexhibitedatypicalcoarseningbehavior,characterizedbythegrowthoflargeγgrainsattheexpenseofsmallerones.Therateofcoarseningwasfoundtoincreasewithtemperatureandtime,indicatingtheimportanceofbothfactorsonthecoarseningkinetics.Theinfluenceofalloycompositiononthecoarseningbehaviorwasinvestigated,revealingthattheadditionofTipromotesgraingrowthandacceleratescoarsening. 4.PhaseFieldSimulations: Tofurtherunderstandtheunderlyingmechanismsofthecoarseningkinetics,phasefieldsimulationswereperformedusingcomputationalmodelingtechniques.TheCahn-Hilliarddiffusionequationcoupledwithaconservedorderparameterwasemployedtosimulatethemicrostructureevolutionoftheγphase.Thesimulationsconside
