Introduction: Acidlimeblossomisknowntopossessmedicinalandnutritionalproperties.Thecharacterizationofitsbioactivecompoundsisessentialtoevaluateitspotentialbenefitsandapplicationsinthefoodandpharmaceuticalindustries.HPLCisarobustanalyticaltechniquethatallowsforefficientseparation,identification,andquantificationofvariouscompoundsincomplexmatrices.Thepresentstudyaimedtodeterminethemulti-componentcontentandqualityanalysisofacidlimeblossomusingHPLCmethodatdifferentfloweringstages. MaterialsandMethods: 1.SampleCollection: Acidlimeblossomswerecollectedatthreedifferentfloweringstages:early,mid,andlate.Thecollectionwasdonefromanorganicfarmtoensurethequalityofthesamples. 2.SamplePreparation: Blossomswerecleaned,air-dried,andgroundintoafinepowder.Thepowderwasstoredinairtightcontainersuntilfurtheranalysis. 3.HPLCAnalysis: TheHPLCanalysiswasperformedusingahigh-performanceliquidchromatographequippedwithaUV-Visdetector.TheseparationwasachievedusingaC18column,andthemobilephaseconsistedofamixtureofacetonitrileandwater.Theflowratewasmaintainedat1mL/min,andthedetectionwavelengthwassetat280nm. 4.IdentificationandQuantificationofCompounds: Variousstandardcompounds,includingphenoliccompounds,flavonoids,andantioxidants,wereusedfortheidentificationandquantificationoftherespectivecompoundsinacidlimeblossoms.Calibrationcurvesweregeneratedforeachstandardcompoundtodeterminetheconcentrationinthesamples. ResultsandDiscussion: TheHPLCanalysisrevealedthepres
