LiteratureReview: Numerousstudieshavehighlightedthepositiverelationshipbetweenhumancapitalandfirmperformanceacrossvariousindustries.Inhigh-techenterprises,however,theimpactofhumancapitalisevenmorepronouncedduetotheindustry'sdynamicnatureandrelianceoninnovationandtechnology.Scholarshaveexploredtheeffectofdifferentdimensionsofhumancapitalonfirmperformance,includingemployeeeducation,skills,andexperience.
