国内外一流高校研究成果的Altmetrics覆盖率研究 Title:AltmetricsCoverageofResearchOutputfromTop-ratedUniversities:AComparativeStudy Abstract: ThisstudyaimstoinvestigatetheAltmetricscoverageofresearchoutputfromtop-rateduniversities,bothnationallyandinternationally.Altmetricsisarelativelynewapproachthatmeasuresthesocialimpactofacademicresearchbytrackingitsdisseminationandusageinonlineplatforms.ThispaperexplorestheextenttowhichAltmetricscapturestheimpactofresearchpublicationsfromleadinguniversities,highlightingpotentialdifferencesbetweendomesticandinternationalinstitutions.Thefindingsofthisstudycontributetounderstandingthevisibilityandreachofresearchoutputamongtopuniversities,sheddinglightontheeffectivenessofAltmetricsasatoolforevaluatingresearchimpact. 1.Introduction Intoday'sdigitalage,traditionalcitation-basedmetricsarefacinglimitationsincapturingthefullimpactofresearchoutput.Altmetrics,whichencompassvariousonlineindicatorssuchassocialmediamentions,downloads,andbookmarks,offeracomplementaryapproachtoassessingresearchimpact.ThisstudyaimstoinvestigatethecoverageofAltmetricsinevaluatingtheresearchoutputfromtop-rateduniversities,specificallyexaminingdifferencesbetweendomesticandinternationalinstitutions. 2.Methodology Toconductthisstudy,acomprehensivedatasetofresearchpublicationsfromaselectionoftop-rateduniversitiesbothdomesticallyandinternationallywillbecollected.TheAltmetricsdataforthesepublicationswillbegatheredfromvariousplatforms,includingsocialmediaplatforms,scholarlynetworkingsites,andonlinereferencemanagers.ThedatasetwillbeanalyzedtoidentifythefrequencyanddistributionofAltmetricsindicatorsacrossdifferentuniversitiesandresearchdisciplines. 3.AltmetricsCoverageofTopDomesticUniversities ThissectionwillanalyzetheAltmetricscoverageofresearchoutputfromleadingdomesticuniversities.Itwillexplorethesocialmediamentions,downloads,views,andotheronlineindicatorsreceivedbypublicationsfromtheseuniversities.ThefindingswillrevealtheextenttowhichAltmetricscapturethesocialimpactofresearchfromlocalinst
