LiteratureReview: 1.Self-efficacy:AccordingtoBandura'ssocialcognitivetheory,self-efficacyplaysacrucialroleinindividuals'motivation,behavior,andperformance.Teacherswithhighself-efficacybeliefstendtosetchallenginggoalsforthemselves,persistinthefaceofobstacles,andexertmoreefforttoaccomplishtheirtaskssuccessfully. 2.Jobengagement:Jobengagementreferstothepsychologicalstateinwhichteachersarefullyabsorbedanddeeplyinvolvedintheirwork.Researchhasconsistentlyshownthathigherlevelsofjobengagementareassociatedwithincreasedjobsatisfaction,reducedburnout,andenhancedperformance. 3.Therelationshipbetweenself-efficacyandjobengagement:Numerousstudieshaveindicatedapositivecorrelationbetweenteachers'self-efficacyandjobengagement.Teacherswithhigherlevelsofself-efficacytendtoexhibithigherjobengagementduetotheirbeliefintheirabilitytopositivelyimpactstudentlearningoutcomes. ResearchMethodology: 1.Participants:AsampleofmiddleschoolEnglishteachersfromvariousschoolswillbeselected.Theparticipantswillbechosenbasedontheiryearsofteachingexperience,qualifications,andwillingnesstoparticipateinthestudy. 2.DataCollection:Thedatawillbecollectedusingtwoself-reportquestionnaires:theTeacherSelf-EfficacyScaleandtheUtrechtWorkEngagementScale(UWES).TheTeacherSelf-EfficacyScalewillmeasureteachers'beliefsintheircapabilitiestoeffectivelyteachEnglish.TheUWESwillassessjobengagement,includingfactors
