三株具有抗肿瘤活性放线菌次级代谢产物的研究 Title:ResearchonSecondaryMetabolitesofStreptomyceteswithAntitumorActivity Abstract: Cancerremainsoneofthemostsignificanthealthchallengesworldwide.Traditionaltreatmentssuchassurgery,chemotherapy,andradiotherapyhavelimitationsandsideeffects.Asaresult,thereisapressingneedforthedevelopmentofnoveltherapeuticstrategies.Naturalproductshavelongbeenrecognizedasavaluablesourceofanticanceragents.Amongthem,thesecondarymetabolitesproducedbyStreptomycetes,agenusoffilamentousbacteria,havedemonstratedpotentantitumoractivity.ThispaperaimstoprovideanoverviewofrecentresearchonthreestrainsofStreptomycetesandtheirsecondarymetaboliteswithpotentialanticancerproperties. Introduction: Streptomycetesarewell-knownfortheirabilitytoproduceawidevarietyofbioactivecompounds.Manyofthesecompoundshaveshownsignificantpromiseinthefieldofcancertherapy.ThisresearchpaperfocusesonthreeparticularstrainsofStreptomycetes,namelyStrainA,StrainB,andStrainC,andtheirsecondarymetabolitesthathavebeenidentifiedashavinganticanceractivity.Theexplorationofthesenaturalproductscouldpotentiallyleadtothedevelopmentofnovelandeffectiveantitumoragents. Methods: TheresearchinvolvedtheisolationandcultivationofthethreestrainsofStreptomycetes.Thesecondarymetaboliteswereextractedandsubjectedtovariousbiologicalassaystoevaluatetheirantitumoractivity.Theseincludedscreeningforcytotoxicityagainstcancercelllines,assessmentofapoptosisinduction,andexaminationofthemechanismofaction. Results: ThesecondarymetabolitesderivedfromStreptomycetesStrainAexhibitedpotentcytotoxicityagainstvariouscancercelllines,includingbreastcancer,lungcancer,andcoloncancercelllines.Moreover,StrainA'smetabolitesinducedsignificantapoptosisinthesecancercells.Mechanisticstudiesdemonstratedthatthesecondarymetabolitesdisruptedimportantcellularprocessesinvolvedincancerprogression,suchascellcycleregulation,angiogenesis,andmetastasis. Similarly,secondarymetabolitesfromStreptomycetesStrainBandStrainCdemonstratedpromisingantitumoractivity.Theydisplayedse
